I know help is hard to find but the person working there on Friday afternoon with glass and black hair in his 20’s needs training For the last 2 months I have mail a envelope that only has a check in it it that goes 5 miles from the ups store it has been 12 dollars and some change this person told me it was as $74 and some change I asked again same he would not ask for help at the time no one else was there. Pretty poor I would’ve of like to use ups store to mail this once a month . Hope I still can

Watch as they bump your price over and over and over again. On the website it's one price then in the store it's another then it's another $5 then it's another $10 then another $5 and another $10 and another five and another 10 you're better off just going to FedEx at least they're honest about their ridiculous pricing.

Employees are trash, and the franchisee themselfs are robbing people.i tried to print a single page black and white, maybe 50 letters, no images and they charged me $5 just to sit at the computer, then another fee for the actual printing. despicable business practices and they deserve all the negative reviews they have received. do not shop here

Quick, efficient and so easy to work with.
Jerome was a lifesaver as I was on a short lunch break. He took care of my transactions and even offered services which prevented me from having to make additional trips to different vendors. Jerome helped my wife with a very extraneous situation. We live in another state and needed a document notarized with a family member in your area. We had to coordinate a little bit, but Jerome went an extra mile to ensure we got the documents notarized so we can meet our deadline for our Jamaica trip in two weeks!

They never open when they supposed to. This lady (was actually a dude today) always opens 15 to 20 minutes late or if were lucky 10 minutes late. I only go to this UPS because it is SUPPOSED to open at 730 and I work at 8 and always get off after 530 or 6 so this is the only time I can come to send packages for my business. So frustrating & crazily unprofessional. Get your employees in check. You can't allow this because then it never stops. Crazy. I can't imagine how someone would feel waiting on these people to open if they took a bus and was on a deadline. I'm lucky a have a car. But you guys need to fix this. I mean everytime I've come (8 times now) yall are never open on time. Needs to be corrected or at the LEAST apologized for.
