I opened a business checking account online in September. They initially wanted me to send an opening deposit online, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I went into the bank the next day, they confirmed I had a business account, and did a test deposit to make sure I could deposit money in the account. They asked me how much I wanted to deposit and I told them how much. They told me that was fine. I went to my other bank and grabbed the cash and deposited it. All was well until I received a service charge over a month later. I had no idea what had happened. I tried to call their customer service number, and they said it was down. I went into the bank, and they had a hard time figuring out what happened. Finally, after looking around in the app, they said I got charged for initially depositing too much money. I asked why I wasn't told that when initially depositing the money, he said they can't always see what account we have when we do it online at first. I asked to have the fee removed since it wasn't something I was aware of that an initial deposit opening and account would cause. He said they weren't able to do that in the bank. I ended up closing my account because at this point, keeping my money in this bank was costing me money. I could understand if I was a repeat offender with fees, but this was a first-time occurrence. So disappointing.

This branch always has good service and we enjoy banking here. When we first relocated to Reno from Massachusetts 6 years ago we researched banks and U.S. bank was our top choice.

The atm jammed my check I was trying to deposit. Now I cant do anything until you send me something in the mail. When this clears I'm closing my account and going to wells Fargo. The golden valley branch atm is old and never works either. How dare you make me wait for days while you fix this. Were in the middle of a pandemic and times are hard. I NEED MY MONEY!!!!!

The wait time for to get service through the drive through is atrocious. I am okay with waiting 15-20 min, but when its 20-30 min per vehicle something is definitely wrong here. I also understand the main lobby can't be opened up due to COVID but goodness my gracious.

The lady that works here, her name is Tammy is so rude. No help what so ever, her tone of voice over the phone sounds like she hates her job and doesn’t want to do it. Wish I coulda spoke to someone else because she gave me a bad experience over the phone. She definitely needs to watch her tone of voice and attitude, she’s probably just a salty old lady.

I live in Northwest Reno so this is close and convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. I sometimes go to the branch inside Safeway as they are open til 7pm and on weekends.

I agree with Homer's post. Tammy just seems to be mad for some reason. She did not introduce herself or even ask my name. I was prepared to open an account but her attitude was so bad I just left shaking my head.

Worst bank I have ever gone to. A lot of mis-led-information. They will take A lot of your money on their "30 probationpperiod" 0 stars I'm closing my account. They will not cash a check. They will hold your money. Do not go here

I like this branch over most every other branch in Reno. Never terribly busy but I'm not usually there on a Friday afternoon. Drive up ATM easy to use as for controls but not practical if you're in a truck or some car sitting up higher than a sedan. Staff is always informative inside. One older female banker, not teller, was a bit cold one time to us but I'm going to chalk it up to her having a bad day.

Two ladies stared at the screen for 20 minutes and refused to cash my check because my mother's name is also on the account. Went down the street to the US Bank in Safeway and walked out within 5 minutes cash in hand. Don't bother going to this location, it's a joke! Second time I have had account problems with them. Certainly lacking in quality and customer service
