Though my issue is private I want to thank Kathy.. accounts representative for saving my family's Christmas. At the busiest time on one of the busiest days she helped me, explained to me, remembered me hours later and took care of me in the most compassionate, professional and efficient manner. Kathy is such an asset to us bank and it makes me very happy that I returned to banking with them after a short break. Big banks are a bit nerve wrecking these days but I feel very confident in the company as a whole, understand their security protocols and why they're in place and again Kathy... Hands down the best customer service I've received in years And thank you showing sympathy to my family and for my wife's condition.

By South Meadows Mall this branch does not have a drive through but the service is really good in this branch. This was close to where I was and I decided to stop by.

We were notified the night before the Biden inauguration that the branch would finally open to the public. Politics much? I had already opened an account at a branch that was open to clients during the whole pandemic. I closed my accounts here soon after.

I have been to many different US Bank locations all over the United States and this branch is by far the BEST one, hands down. The customer service I receive every time I visit is above the norm, and the smiles are overwhelming sometimes. Great personalities and they ALL truly love their customers and it shows! A special shout out to Miss Reyes - you ROCK! Thank you to the entire team for ALWAYS going above and beyond!

As a long time customer of U.S. Bank, I have seen the complete decline in the Meadowood Branch! For the past year ... during the Pandemic, they were rarely open and available for clients to come into the bank, and now since the City is loosening restrictions, they are still open for limited hours ... particularly on Friday ... when they close at 4:00pm!!!!!
