Never overcharged, no one is ever scammed if they bank here from my experience, the customers, the bank employees are always happy. I contemplated for a long time why US Bank makes people Happy. Is it the money? No. Money saved? No. All I can say, the bank is truly bliss, I feel safe inside, outside the bank, the customers, bankers I have never had any conflict, I suppose this branch gives me as a customer, a banking peace, a business peace ✌️.

Drive through tellers take forever. And the only reason I need to use them is because ATM machines are always out of cash!

Over 15 minute waiting time in the drive through, worst US bank branch I've ever encountered. This is not just a one off, this is normal service at this branch. Time to change banks.

HORRIBLE bank and customer service. First off, this bank holds YOUR FUNDS if your acct isn't older than 30+ days for 5 to 7 business days. They don't set ANY expectations and then refer back to the t&cs when you sign up. You know, the 30 page document that almost no one reads. Upon researching, nothing I found addressed this, only the deposit of checks and govt checks. Wanda does not greet people and does not ask what brings you in. They are unlike other banks where you have a card interface to insert your card, this is confusing because Wanda (who I've had to interact with 3 times now) never asks or says much of anything for being a so- called customer service rep. She also sets no expectations as to fund availability and you are left high and dry for days without your hard earned funds. Morgan (who is the "manager") is condescending and hangs up on customers when they criticize her work ethic (or lack thereof) and does not provide any resolution. Will be closing my acct

My daughter is home from college for a week and we needed to set up a joint checking. We walked in and were the only clients in the bank with a teller, the branch manager and one person at a desk. The branch manager told us they could set an appt for June 29th (2 weeks away!). I explained my daughter wouldn't be here then. Her response was check another branch or do it online. Again, there was no one else in the branch and no cars in the parking lot. So why are they paying 3 people to sit in a branch to direct customers online?

I always had good service from Wanda one of the tellers there. She has remembered me and always friendly. When the pandemic hit there was a little loss of customer service I did start banking at the smiths branch because this branch was closed on weekends. But I have come back because the smith branch closed. Which I was sad to see go. But I do get good customer service here and that's because of Wanda

Very rude people at this branch. Always have been. They get new people all the time but they are just as rude. Seems to be a culture at this branch.Update....Just when you think they can't get worse they doBranch has been closed now for close to a year supposedly because of covid while all other banks are open including other u.s bank branches. It only perpetuates my point these people would rather not deal with customers

They take exceptionally long and they continuously add my military even after it’s already been added multiple times. It ain’t going away. And the hours are always weird. The people are super nice though and have been helpful.
