Like others, I would give 0 stars if I could. I won some money playing keno and went to deposit it into my account and I got treated like a criminal for trying to deposit cash. All of a sudden they need to know what I do for a living and the teller is asking me questions like she’s trying to catch me out in a lie. I am a middle aged woman who owns my own company and I have been a customer for 30 years. I am so mad right now that I’m sitting in the parking lot on the phone with customer service.I have never liked this branch but after reading other reviews I see I am not the only one. There is something rotten in the culture at this branch.I am rethinking my rethinking my relationship with us bank.

My experience with Michelle and her team has been nothing but outstanding! I've banked with many of the largest banks and this particular bank is by far the best!

Love this Bank! Switched to another bank several years ago for a financial bonus and didn't take long to come back, wasn't worth it! US Bank is always very professional and straightforward and takes very good care of my money.

I have had a terrible experience with them. Including the branch manager whom was disrespectful and was belittling my cousin and I for asking questions. She wouldn't listen to us when we tried to explain our experience with the fraud line and she just ignored us. She said that there was really nothing that she could do to help and wouldn't give us a number to contact to get more information that we needed.

This is the worst US bank location in Reno. Constantly slow service and rude people. Avoid going to this location at all costs. Have good day!

The service was not as expected! I was trying to cash a check from one of my customers!!Also, there was three tellers, but for some reason they did not want to help a customer. They all waited until one of the tellers come back!!Talked to client relationship Cindy Trujilloarce,and she started to give hardtime!! All i want was to let them know that customer were waiting for service!All in all, i am glad that i bank with BofA. They are open, good customer service and they dont charge for cashing checks!!

This bank has had the lobby closed the whole time during the virus when other banks are fully open since the start of the year. This one you are forced to go through the drive-thru to visit a teller or have an appointment. We don't normally mind the drive-thru but they are quite slow here. If you get in the first slot closest the window you don't have to touch the tubes but that line is always busy. The last time there we were stuck in that line for 30 minutes while the guy in front did 4 separate transactions filling out the paperwork in the car. We choked when we heart him tell the teller on the 5th transaction that he wanted to transfer $5 from his savings to his checking. If he has so little money in the back why use a bank? You can hide that in a coffee can. We were blocked in by a line of cars and stuck there. It seems every time we go to this branch it takes longer than any other bank we went to. Please open the lobby to customers that wear masks and take time in sanitation. It is not good having unhappy customers.

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS LOCATION! IT HAS EATEN MY CARD MORE THAN THREE TIMES IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS. ITS FRUSTRATING AND RIDICULOUS. WHATS EVEN WORSE IS THE BANK DOESNT OWN THE ATM (AT LEAST THATS WHAT IVE BEEN TOLD) SO SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO INSIDE.

U.S. Bank you have disappointed me for the last time. It is very well known Your reno location on steamboat parkway has faulty equipment in the way of ATM machines yet you fail to address the situation. I understand that sometimes ATM machines malfunction but 10 times in 3 months? Now in the big picture of your company no harm no foul but let me tell you what it does to us. You went from 2 drops a week to one on Thursdays, not bad.. unless you are in my position. It is Thursday June 7th.. which in reality means I wont have my card until next thursday June 14th. The same day my son is supposed to graduate, which means all next week I have family coming in but I'm screwed! Why you ask, because as a parent and a father I would like to cover expenses but now I cant.. unless I go to the bank and draw money. Buttttt then again it is ineffective given I have to have a card to get a hotel room. Don't worry though your tellers will smile and tell me it happens, damn I wish I was patient as them. But I am not so I'll be visiting the branch tomorrow to cancel my accounts. If you don't care about your customers then we don't care about you! I am sure there are plenty of banks that would be willing to help more then every Thursday if you are lucky.
