Personal banking is a service often in need these days and US Bank is our choice for business banking. Typically fast service and good drive through hours make this an excellent choice for your banking needs. Even open on Saturdays.

Dan is awesome! I moved to a state where I don't have a near US branch, which I've gotten by with not needing one. Today, I was in desperate need for help from a branch and ready to close down my accounts if US bank could not provide that help. Dan was amazing and placed his best effort to make my request happen. Thank you, Dan your efforts are certainly appreciated.

We have had 2 loans through US Bank. After our first loan we said we would never use them again due to horrible customer service. Then Covid hit and they were the only bank who could process our home loan so in order to move forward we had to use them. After several false promises, a sever lack of communication, and us doing their job for them we finally had our loan processed. We were told 4-6 weeks, it took 12 weeks. We were told one down payment that increased by another 35%, we call and email several days in a row and even several times in a day with NO response, we had to ask what else do you need from us so often and every time we would get another list of 5-15 things that they were 'waiting' on us for... but again they had never asked for, they lost important financial documents that we had to provide multiple time, and looking back through emails they said we will have final approval later this week at least 5 different times but then needed something else from us. We as their clients were not taken seriously, we lost money (and had to repay for things) because of their negligence, and the amount of time we had to spend fixing their mistakes cause us many late nights and weekend days. If you can I highly recommend that you use a different bank to save yourself the headache and money.

Horrible customer service and so slow!!! They are very difficult to deal with. I don't bank here anymore because I moved down to this area and this was the only branch.

was thinking of switching since my parents loved having an account here but since today will be my first and last time going there that won't be happening i guess. extremely bad customer service the woman anna couldn't hear us the entire time told us incorrect information and when we called the store manager greg she just lied to him and of course he believed her i will be calling the 1-800 number right now as well but i am extremely disappointed in this place and will be convincing my parents to switch as well

The worst customer service ever at any bank that I've been to. I called yesterday to see what I needed to open a checking account since I just recently moved here from Hawai'i. I spoke with a Cydney (not sure of spelling) she let me know what I needed, I asked her if I needed to make an appointment to get this done she said you don't necessarily need one but we are short handed today if I would like to come tomorrow around 4:30pm she'll block out a time for me. So I told her tomorrow would work perfectly. Well I got there today @ 4:30pm Cydney was on the phone with a customer, so a gentlemen that just finished up with a customer asked if I needed help. I said yes, I'm here to open an account with you folks. He looks at his computer & tells me that won't be done tomorrow bc there's only 2 of them, I said well that was the excuse I was given yesterday & was told by Cydney to come today & she would help me, blocking out a time. He tells me their short handed, I said well I'm sorry that ain't my problem & you either want my service or not. He said you can wait on the side for Cydney & she can help you. Well as I was sitting there she finally got off the phone, still don't not acknowledge that I was sitting here, so in the mean time I called Chase bank which is up the road & they told me to head on up they would absolutely love my service. I'm here now at Chase as soon as I walked thru the door I felt welcomed. I wouldn't even give U.S Bank a 1 star but I couldn't post without giving them something, to me all the way.
