My experience with Michelle and her team has been nothing but outstanding! I've banked with many of the largest banks and this particular bank is by far the best!

I have had a terrible experience with them. Including the branch manager whom was disrespectful and was belittling my cousin and I for asking questions. She wouldn't listen to us when we tried to explain our experience with the fraud line and she just ignored us. She said that there was really nothing that she could do to help and wouldn't give us a number to contact to get more information that we needed.

As there isn’t an option for ZERO stars guess I have to give at least one.This is the worst bank—ever. Teller is rude and after she gives you a 15 min quiz about what you need she tells you she can’t help you and the person that can is out. Plus you need an appointment so they can actually do their job! Ridiculous. Not sure why they are even there. Spot would be better used as a salon or dog groomer.

This is the worst US bank location in Reno. Constantly slow service and rude people. Avoid going to this location at all costs. Have good day!

This bank has had the lobby closed the whole time during the virus when other banks are fully open since the start of the year. This one you are forced to go through the drive-thru to visit a teller or have an appointment. We don't normally mind the drive-thru but they are quite slow here. If you get in the first slot closest the window you don't have to touch the tubes but that line is always busy. The last time there we were stuck in that line for 30 minutes while the guy in front did 4 separate transactions filling out the paperwork in the car. We choked when we heart him tell the teller on the 5th transaction that he wanted to transfer $5 from his savings to his checking. If he has so little money in the back why use a bank? You can hide that in a coffee can. We were blocked in by a line of cars and stuck there. It seems every time we go to this branch it takes longer than any other bank we went to. Please open the lobby to customers that wear masks and take time in sanitation. It is not good having unhappy customers.
