I opened a business checking account online in September. They initially wanted me to send an opening deposit online, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. I went into the bank the next day, they confirmed I had a business account, and did a test deposit to make sure I could deposit money in the account. They asked me how much I wanted to deposit and I told them how much. They told me that was fine. I went to my other bank and grabbed the cash and deposited it. All was well until I received a service charge over a month later. I had no idea what had happened. I tried to call their customer service number, and they said it was down. I went into the bank, and they had a hard time figuring out what happened. Finally, after looking around in the app, they said I got charged for initially depositing too much money. I asked why I wasn't told that when initially depositing the money, he said they can't always see what account we have when we do it online at first. I asked to have the fee removed since it wasn't something I was aware of that an initial deposit opening and account would cause. He said they weren't able to do that in the bank. I ended up closing my account because at this point, keeping my money in this bank was costing me money. I could understand if I was a repeat offender with fees, but this was a first-time occurrence. So disappointing.

This branch always has good service and we enjoy banking here. When we first relocated to Reno from Massachusetts 6 years ago we researched banks and U.S. bank was our top choice.

After eight years of being with this bank, the manager really let me down. Would not return phone calls and customer service has gone out the door. As soon as I can, I will close all my accounts and take my banking elsewhere. I will be looking for a bank who appreciates serving their customers as individuals and not just a number.

This bank has rejected the perfectly fine check deposit transaction made through ATM and made me request another check from the vendor. What's worse, their customer service is non-existent. No explanation is provided as to why and just want to give the business owner hard time. I am very close to closing my account. I regret doing business with US Bank.

I live in Northwest Reno so this is close and convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. I sometimes go to the branch inside Safeway as they are open til 7pm and on weekends.

Today I had the great pleasure of breaking up with my old bank of nearly two decades having finally moved all our business to US Bank at McQueen Crossing. I stress this location because my relationship with any business has more to due with the people inside as well as the products and services offered. Products and services do not vary greatly from bank to bank. How you are treated as a customer, how well your banking and financial needs and goals are understood, whether you are a little but steady depositor or a person trying to protect your meager savings under current economic conditions, Branch Manager Tammie Peck understands. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge has been invaluable to us and we are happy to recommend US Bank. Good leadership does trickle down!! :-)
