“Solid prices and quality pieces. The staff was friendly and helpful I would shop here again. They have some interesting wall art that I want to go back and check out.”
“This place is truly magical. Never thought when I was picking out a wedding dress that it would be such a neat experience. They shut down the whole studio for one bride and all their people at a time and set up an aisle to walk down. Very friendly women who only want to make you feel your best.
An extra special treat of a free dance class as well as a very fun and intimate dress reveal.
The only reason I am taking away a star is because I would like them to make their language more inclusive. I am a queer woman and my partner is also and we both identify with she/her pronouns. The dance class would refer to the bride and groom or the man and woman rather than just the lead partner. There is another fun surprise that would be better met with a more personalized template (without giving anything away ;) )
This is such a fun experience and truly does feel very personal, just want them to take that one extra step to make EVERYONE feel that sparkle.
Highly recommend this studio! I also got some STUNNING earrings here!

“Just happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped in for a few minutes.
The quality of the furniture in this consignment store is stunning.

You can tell by walking through this store that everything is carefully hand picked, and displayed in the most elegant way.

“So many great finds and the owner Tessa goes way beyond to help. Quite an array of so many different furnishing items. I found way too many things that I wanted to buy.”
“Pretty new to the area but love the selection and the vibe they give off reminds me of another shop in town but they are both legendary go to go check it out if you haven’t been yet.”
“Absolutely the cutest shop I have ever visited! Mix of antiques and a little bit of new. The owner was so fun and welcoming and we had the best time visiting with her. This place is a must stop if you are looking for antiques or a cute gift. Highly recommended.”
“I always love it here. They have an excellently-curated selection of costume, burner, vintage, sexy, weird clothing and an extensive second-hand vintage space upstairs.Staff is very friendly and you should absolutely interact with them. You're likely to find some great treasures here.”
“The growth of this store over the years has been heartwarming to watch. I used to visit the old location over towards the west side of Reno. And this new location is so exciting to see. Two stories with CAT ADOPTIONS inside?! So awesome. Great job guys. The staff is always friendly. I’ve found some truly cool stuff at this new location. And I really feel like it’s one of the few thrift stores that has great prices still.
Check it out! Love walking my pup around inside while I’m shopping. It’s helped with her nervousness of new places and we are super grateful for their treat at checkout!”
“A quaint little shop spot that suits the vintage and eclectic tastes in several many ways. Vintage clothing to gag gifts it's a win win just to stop in. Great job Bad Apple Vntg!”

“Nice, clean, high end shop with a fair selection of shoes, dresses, jackets, pants and popular labels on their own racks. XL and plus woman pieces are few to none. If you try to consign here, items need to be very high end, dry cleaned and in pristine condition. All my items were rejected which was very humbling!”
“This store has a great curation of clothes. I think it was very well organized things by color, size, style. Decent prices, most things I saw are a little under $20. Got an outfit for about $90 - jacket, jeans, and a top.
As someone who is always thrifting and finding vintage, I was pleasantly surprised with this store!
There was a wait for the fitting rooms so I did a lap until a stall was open. If that’s a problem for u, I recommend wearing something u can try things on over ur clothes! And putting a pair of jeans around your neck DOES work but it only accounts for your waist and not hips!
Most of the bad reviews seem to be from sellers, which these stores usually give you 30% cash from what they will sell the item for - pretty standard. Also standard to have to pick up your items within 24 hours they aren’t storage. This is somewhere to get rid of clutter and help the environment by repurposing clothes, probably not to make money back off some purchases.
Anyways. Will update with my outfit maybe ??”
“It's a high end thriftstore with name brand clothes at about 75% of the new cost my wife and daughters love it I just end up being the guy who carries all the syff around until they decide to try it on”
“Gear hut makes going outdoors accessible to all. They offer a wide selection of affordable secondhand gear, have helpful staff, and provide great ideas on how to get outside.
Consider supporting the local economy and shop at Gear Hut!”
