Left work early specifically to run this one errand because they’re only open until 5. Drove all the way there and checked Google maps which said it’s currently open. Imagine my surprise when I walk up to the door and see a sign saying they’re closed from 2:30-3:45. Went on a 20 minute car ride for no reason. Cool cool unprofessional and unacceptable.

The plumb Ln location is insanely inconsistent with their hours - this is the third time I have made an attempt to come here during normal operating hours (it’s 2:45 on a Wednesday) and they are closed. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different location

The store clerk was not helpful at all, I had to get back in line three times just for her to not give me any helpful information each time. My return QR code expired so there was no label associated with it, then I got the return label downloaded, and she couldn’t print it. They need a printer at this location because not being able to print a label is ridiculous.

Came in to pick up package and the Employee “Jenny” was very very rude. I Ended up walking out because of the attitude and disrespect I was being shown.

Very small and inconvenient. They don't have package drop-off drawers so you have to stand in line just to drop something off.

The postal delivery people never come to my door when something needs to be signed for and the "Customer service number " is a joke. Never been worse trying to get someone to do their job

The 2 ladies in there don’t even have two brain cells to rub together, apparently it’s normal that my return is taking weeks, 3 weeks past delivery date. Almost 2 months in transit, no updates what so ever.I’d just stay away from this place even when I walked in they were just screaming at each other in the back with no idea I was waiting.
