07/20/25 - All true about losing, taking packages and losing, taking mail. I would give 0 - ⭐️ stars if I could. Paid $210.00 a year for P.O. Box with real street addressing so my mail don’t get stolen out of Apartment mailbox only to get it stolen or lost by employees at this post office. I received other people’s mail in my box clearly marked with different box numbers. These people can’t read or are dishonest. What am I paying for, I’m missing mail, I’m missing packages. If you’re thinking it’s safer to get a P.O. Box not here. One day on weekend I found 12, 12 mailboxes clearly pride open, I reported it promptly, was ask if my mailbox was broken open, I said No, post office employee told me then don’t worry about it, we can only do something if box owners complain, if your box gets damaged let us know. Great customer service, if you see something say something, I guess that doesn’t apply here. Homeless people sleeping in lobby, if you wake them they get violent. I work weird hours, sometimes I can only pick up mail on Sat or Sun at 5:00am, but I am now thinking about closing my box after they lost two packages and four bills I never got as well as social security letter, again what am I paying for. 08/12/25 - Update RIDICULOUS! My package still missing even though Fed Ex tracking says Delivered 07/16/25 9:54am signed for by Pamala. Who is this Pamala and what did she do with my package. 📦 2nd package to come up missing in six months when P.O. Box cost so much $210. A year. Been in contact with Vassar st post office Dave, he can’t find it, been in contact with senator Amodei and Rosen, no help yet and we put them in office to help us. My next call will be to my lawyer to file a lawsuit against Vassar st post office and U.S. postal service, I’m disabled suppose this package had my medication or medical equipment, I could die. Someone has to be held accountable. Yes people it’s happening and now it’s happening here in Reno Nevada, No Doubt. Post office is blaming criminals for stealing mail from out bound boxes, however I have a P.O. Box I pay $210. A year for and my mail box has no signs of break in’s at post office, Not Yet anyway however I’m missing important official Government mail as well as important packages 📦 so who is stealing it, postal employees, more than likely, who else has access, all I get are excuses from management from 2000 Vassar st post office and run a round from USPS Postal inspection service. I will keep you updated here every time I don’t get mail or I’m missing a package. Please leave your review on your experience with this place. Also call your Nevada congressman. What are we paying $210. Dollars a year for a P.O. Box and it keeps going up every year.

If you get any packages through this facility be prepared not to get it. I was told there is no more air support from this location and they can't read a map to get it going in the right direction on a truck. Had a package held up for several days and cost a business money from the refund they had to give me.
USPS WILL COST YOUR BUSINESS MONEY , DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

They lie and say that your package is delivered into a partial but yet call me the next day and tell me to come to the post office to pick up my package. So how is it that it's in a partial if it's back at the US post office. Garbage I would never do business with you guys again

My experience with the post office they've been stealing my mail my packages when I call him I just know I'm a liar and hang up on me so I'm missing a package still from the 12th of this month and then I was supposed to receive another package yesterday hey somebody from way up the street had to bring me that package at 9:00 last night I've constantly got to go to my neighbors to get tax amount of mine not to mention got a couple late fees multiple times to the fact that we don't receive our mail never mind jarmel the address maps is where we live but we can't get it but the post office sounds like you know they're doing such a wonderful job and they deserve a reward they need to go home to Mommy and learn how to do the jobs and quit touching a paycheck for the laziness

This office has had my cousins packages since Feb 24! In a locker, she can’t drive, has bad knee and can’t walk, and no one assist her to getting her packages. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service when I try to call the number I can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone. I’m too far away to be there to walk in myself and do anything. This will be reported to higher authorities.

USPS has been great at my residence. I have to lock the gate sometimes and they always deliver my mail the next day or few when they can get into the yard. Very patient and professional!

They have lost 2 of my packages. I ordered two different packages at 2 different times, once they hit Reno they never make it to me. Fit your issues.

Its been a long time those courier who dropped my order at 4170 Neil Rd.parcel box, not once but thrice, most of my orders are medicines,never been recovered since then, be careful people! Most of them thieves!

This the most undependable collection of postal service workers. They literally lose my mail every week. Including my medicines. Yesterday, the excuse I was given was the snow. My package is coming from the east to the west there should be no snow between Arkansas and Reno unless they’re packing it by a mule.

I mean it's the post office so you can't expect perfection. However they've always been nice to me when you're nice to them. I had one person who was a little bit salty that they had just been barked at by some lady for something that was obviously not their fault. Not sure if they still do passport services but when they did that line was always long cuz people thought and that they just argued enough that somehow the postal worker could magically make things happen. Not a bad location but it is technically come to ghetto over there
