I’ve had to reschedule now with this post office twice now because their clerk - Christina - yes read that twice people is the rudest person ever.
The first few times I thought ok maybe they are having a bad day - you give them a benefit of doubt. But they are ALWAYS RUDE!
The best part is they have absolutely no regard for you or respect. They show no regret in being rude and turning you away.
This clerk Christina needs to take lessons in humanity in general!
Save yourselves the trouble - do not go there for passport appointments or for any business at all!

This is a terribly run and mismanaged location. The manager needs training on how not to talk down to employees in front of customers and get the place ready for business at opening. This is terrible management.

We had an appointment to get my wife a passport. Brianna called us up on time, helped us with some confusing parts of the DS-11 forms, took my wife's photo and had us on our way in about 30 minutes. Thanks is not enough!

Whoever clerk 08 is needs to be fired. That was the number on my receipt but she had her name tag hidden. She was extremely rude and nasty to me after taking a look at my tattoos and made me wait in line all over again because she didn't like the way I wrote the perfectly legible address. But the lady after me had to repackage all her boxes and the clerk politely helped her and let her keep her spot even though it took 15 minutes while a line of people were waiting. She is clearly judgmental and doesn't like people who look different. Sorry my mountain and flowers ink is so offensive to you that you can't do your dang job and treat me with human decency!!

Phone always rings busy. No one ever answers the phone. Why even have a number? What a waste.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I constantly get packages marked as delivered that I can say, with 100% certainty, were not delivered to my mailbox or the package lockers at my apartment.
If you go in, do everything you can to NOT be helped by Jill because you will NOT be helped. I've had multiple experiences with her and she is only capable of performing extremely basic tasks such as dropping off a prepaid package. If you need anything else, she'll look at you like you're an idiot and suggest that she can't help you.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

Had a bad experience with my passport appointment. It’s like the employees here don’t realize they are working with and helping human beings. I’ve never been treated like that before - we had our things together and follow directions. Still, the staff was short and unkind when answering basic questions. I felt treated less than, rather than like a person. I wish the people working here could consider that others don’t have their same level of knowledge about postal/passport services and that trying to treat others with patience and kindness can create a healthier environment for everyone, including themselves.

Be very careful making passport appointments. Avoid this location if possible.
DO NOT make a 9am passport appointment. The website says to come 10 minutes early but you can't come early because they open the doors at 9am.
They will cancel your appointment while you are filling out forms if you are too slow (2-5 minutes).
They will cancel your appointment if your missing any form even if you go get the form and come back.
They will cancel your appointment if you haven't photo copied and printed all forms on arrival.
Do no expect any customer service, the lady there is very rude and has no regard for you. She was very unclear about what you need even when asked for clarification multiple times.
Additionally, if your planning a walk-in make sure you come by 7am on Saturday other wise you will not make their sign in list which fills up immediately. (No staff will mention this even when directly asked)
I have been told by this women that this post office does things however they wish and every post office operates differently depending on how they see fit.
I'm wiritng this to help others get their passport more smoothly than I have experienced, this is just simply my advice. Be careful and best of luck!
UPDATE:
The clerk's office is a much better option as long as you have a check which the bank prints for free.

Make sure you show up 10 minutes early at least to your APPOINTMENT or the oompa loopa behind the counter will be rude and tell you to pound sand.
It's starting to make sense these clowns lose 11 billion dollars a year.

Understaff most of the time. From 4:00 pm to closing, we had over 15 people in line with just one clerk working.

I am trying to contact postmaster. This post office is ridiculous. Everytime I mail something from this location it takes days and days to get to it's destination. It has happened too many times. I used to mail a lot of packages from other post offices and had no problem. Things would get to ca in 2 days. Now it's a week or more. I will never mail from here any longer. I will drive to Vasser. I used to use Vasser and Lemmon vly a tge time with no issues. Get it together Steamboat.
