The service ticket said that they put air in my tire and reset my oil life but didn't do either. They told me I needed to replace my cabin and air filter without inspecting them. When I asked if they know how to inspect them the person " that's why I'm showing them to you. " I've been to the other Valvoline locations in the area and the service is much better.

I wanted to say, I always go out of my way to visit Valvoline. I was there yesterday at Booth Street in Reno and everything was top notch. The staff went above and beyond, they seemed to really care. I wish I had gotten names to call them out but I suppose it can be figured out. It was later in the day. They deserve bonuses. I will be back every time I have the need

Friendly and fast. Guy in the pit was competent. Guy who wrote me up needed to be guided through the fleet account process and how to enter my hyphenated last name so the system would find me. He seemed resistant to accepting my CarAdvise booking.

Fast and friendly! Only thing I can say is they need to reflect the mileage at 5,000 instead of 3,000
in the window sticker for my type of vehicle and oil.

The guy did not asked me what type of oil, I wanted and just assumed it was synthetic premium ?.
Plus NO ONE check if the lights OR wipers were working, like they usually do .
Unprofessional !!
Also, the location is very stressful. .

Rafael and his team were probably the nicest group of guys I’ve met in a while. Took care of several fluid services and an oil change with the quickness! Never been here before but will be back for the next oil change. Thank you gentlemen!

Every time I come to Valvoline. I have absolutely no issues. They always do such a great job. Customer service is always exceptional. I would never have any other company change my oil. I appreciate this company and what they are.

I just did a delivery there to an employee Joe M. and his apology for misgendering me felt disingenuous and half-hearted. This makes me not want to recommend anyone to come here to get their car worked on for repairs.

Best oil change service in town!! These guys are very knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend their service. Rafael & Alex were able to get my tires rotated and order the correct lug nut. They also saved me money by only selling me what I needed. They have a new loyal customer I will recommend to my friends and family and will only come here. Thank you for your service
