This was my initial visit. My appointment was with Dr. Fleming. While my cat wasn't sick, I would feel comfortable taking her there if she is sick. The staff was very friendly and caring.

I've been going to VCA since my cat was a kitten, about 7 years ago. They've been great until my last visits with them. My cat started to have an eye problem and I feel VCA was rather dishonest with me about what my cat was experiencing in the interest of charging more exam fees. It was allegedly a viral infection, which was not the case, then a bacterial infection, which was still not the case - the true issue being an entropion, which the vet never mentioned or brought up. This experience left a sour and very expensive taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

Office staff very competent and friendly, and the office is a warm, comfortable environment, Dr. Lin is a caring professional, she answered our questions and was great with our kitten. I'm confident Frances is going to be in good hands at VCA Feline Medical Center!

The staff from the receptionist to the doctor are definitely amazing here I am glad I found them to take care of my cat Dex-Starr after he was attacked by a dog they are taken very good care of his every need

Great vet center specializing in feline family members. Docs take time with you and discuss options and are cautious in recommendations, which I like. Got me in right away for my elderly baby with an URI. Thanks for the great care Dr. Smith.

I am so grateful to the entire staff! My cat, Chibi, was exposed to Lillies and she needed a last-minute wellness check. They were able to see Chibi the same day I called, and did everything necessary to keep my baby safe and healthy. They were also generous enough to squeeze in her annual vaccines while we were there! Dr. Flemming was incredibly kind, thorough, and compassionate. They made Chibi feel safe and calm throughout the entire process. I cannot thank them enough!

No matter what the day holds for your furbaby. They will get all their needs met with the most friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I've been going here for 14 years. I've lost 4 of my furbabies while there, and the staff were so comforting during those difficult times. I've had 3 different doctors, while there, and each one was different in their style, but all had the same amazing gift of caring not just about our furbabies but us as well.

I can’t give enough praise to the vets and staff here. My eighteen year old tabby Devotchka was treated with gentle compassion by Dr Fleming and Dr Thompson. They are forthright with offering options for her senior care and upfront on costs. The clinic is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I love this place. My cats are scaredy cats so to be in a place with no barking dogs is HUGE. The staff is very efficient, super with the cats and does not make you like a horrible person because your cat has serious mats. (I have tried everything, including buying every tool created.) They finished in a few minutes and said she did fine!She's fine, I am relieved, whew.

VCA Fine Medical Center has the friendliest staff and give amazing care. I only used them for a year while my kitty was sick, but the responsiveness and communication was great. When it came time that I had to put down my cat, the staff was super supportive and accommodating. They really eased me into the process. Special thanks to Dr. Fleming for all the care and figuring out what was going on with my cat, and for the compassion when telling me the results; and a special thanks to Dr. Smith for the gentle approach when putting my cat the sleep. It all was so appreciated. And thank you to all the the front desk staff for the prompt communication and assistance with all of the appointments and needs of my cat. You will not regret using this vet for all your cat's needs! 10/10 recommend this vet to a friend.

We have been here almost a dozen times for everything from check ups to emergencies. The vets are amazing, the techs are fantastic, and the office staff are friendly and efficient. Plus, they have kitties lounging in the waiting area!Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
