Went to pick up an Rx and found the drive thru closed due to inadequate staffing.

I don’t use the B word but I have NEVER experienced a women as rude as a cashier here. Absolutely rude and talked to me like I was the scum of the earth! I am a 72 year old woman, a grandmother and I have taught my children and grandchild to talk nice to people. I also used to work in the health care field for over 20 years. If any of my employees talked to a customer the way she did I would send her to mandatory training!!! I know late night people are sometimes hard to find but management needs to know about her!!!

They're ALWAYS short staffed, which sucks. But the staff they do have are very friendly, very knowledgeable and they really do their best to make sure your prescription is filled as quickly as possible.

Super friendly and happy staff that went the extra step to make sure I could get a late refill for antibiotics that were left out. Probably the first time I would describe the pharmacy as a very positive experience. Will be going here for all future scripts and pharmacy needs.

This Walgreens is such a flop oh my god. If you wanna sit in line for an hour only to be told the lotion you ordered TWO HOURS PRIOR is out of stock then this is the place to go. I'm not normally the type to bash a business online but... just go somewhere, literally ANYWHERE else for basic things it'll save you the time I just lost in their drive-thru :(

Customer service is a new and poorly mastered concept. Trying to call in and have your call answered is a futile endeavor

I've been inconvenienced by them on multiple occasions. Twice now I have gotten alerts that my prescription was ready to pick up just for them to tell me that they never received the prescription from my doctor. I'm not sure if it's poor communication or they are just very unorganized. I understand that sometimes there may be a glitch or a miscommunication, but the fact that it's happening more than once is just unprofessional. Unorganized and rude, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

Rude! Rude! VERY RUDE STAFF. Walked in to pick up a prescription and they were very unhelpful. If you can avoid this pharmacy avoid it. Had to drive 20min to another Walgreens who was more than happy to help me with my medication. This store kept changing the story as to why they couldn't provide me my medication I've been sick for over two weeks. The other Walgreens I went to got me in and out in less than 10mins. Don't go here!

So here's the thing. Walgreens pharmacies, in general, are the busiest pharmacies in this town. (Meaning, cut them some slack). They're contracted with all the 17+ hospice agencies, one of them is the only 24/7 pharmacy in this town, and they're always slammed. Compared to other pharmacies in this town, namely CVS, I will always choose Walgreens because typically their customer service is much much much better, even with as busy as they always are. Case in point. I have a prescription that I discovered is a non-formulary with my insurance. Also unfortunately, my insurance is not contracted with Walgreens, and is unfortunately contracted with CVS. I'm not sure how it happened, but Walgreens was offering me a cash price that was actually lower than the cash price at CVS. When I called Walgreens to confirm their price, they also reminded me that my good RX card had expired and that if I signed back up, I would probably be able to get the drug for a very deep discount. All CVS said to me was "check with your insurance." So rather than a $200 prescription, I have a $45 prescription.

Walgreens Pharmacy , as a whole is unprofessional, and incompetent. They just purchased Save marts pharmacy, they collectively can't service the customers they presently have. I recommend finding a different pharmacy. Jack Webb

It's amazing that pharmacies are allowed to operate the way they do. They are always out of stock of my medicine and never have an update to give me. A lot of medication is keeping people alive or mentally sane. Going days without medication because "you ran out and you're not sure when the manufacturers will send it is not acceptable. The pharmacist and pharmacy should be held legally reliable if something happens to patients because they are inept at logistics and can't proactively have medicine on hand.
