Asked me me wait 24 hours to pick up prescriptions. Got there to find out that they weren't ready and then when they finally tried to fill them, had nothing in stock. I don't blame the workers for pharmacy stock issues, but this could have been resolved with a status update in the app or a quick phone call. Unfortunately it's not the first time it happened, but I think I'll just shift to my insurance's mail order option from now on to avoid the aggravation.

I had some issues with this pharmacy a while back but staff is really nice and tries their best to help. Working with limited resources. Updating because I left a bad review a few months ago after thinking I was intentionally being hung up on. Sort of randomly the window pharmacist or helper brought up that they were having phone problems etc and I think in retrospect that is what happened in my case so I wanted to update it and thank Noah for clarifying for me

First off don't advertise 24 hour pharmacy if the pharmacy ain't open 24 hrs, secondly instead of wasting everyone's time and day waiting in a line for meds ya know some people desperately need more then others. You should take the initiative to inform hospitals and ERs of any issues with insurances. Thanks to y'all I get another night of feeling my throat and lungs get in pain when I cough, hopefully it ain't as bad as it's been where I've completely felt like I was losing grasp of any oxygen.

Bitter employees, maybe exhausted by all the high number of theft.....has nothing to do with ordinary customers sorry about your luck but treat me right when I spend my money, or I'll spend it somewhere else.

Does the idiot who owns this place understand that when you lock everything down you get less sales? I just went to this Walgreens to pick up a couple of groceries that I didn't think were worth going to a larger store for, but it was all locked up. It was basic stuff I was going for too, like deli meat and ice cream, but instead I walked out not buying anything.

The amazing customer service makes this place fantastic for quick visits and just stopping by to make your late night orders on the way back home.
As a foreigner visitor, I felt very welcomed by the helping staff and everything went smooth. But be aware that their system doesn't accept international cards.
Overall, the prices are competitive, some things are much cheaper than other places. And there's a huge variety of cold drinks and frozen food too, perfect for middle of the night orders.
I don't know why this place has a bad rating at all.. both day and night shift staff are great!

Walgreens is incredibly useful. Gifts, snacks, pharmacy..keto stuff, lots of OTC meds, makeup of all kinds. I can be in there all day!

This has always been my favorite Walgreens. It's been open for about 20 years now, and is showing its age, but it's still a nice store with friendly, helpful employees. One caveat, a lot of things are cheaper elsewhere, but they make up for that with convenience and selection you'd NEVER find at a gas station mini-mart or 7-11!

There was a young lady, Ivette I believe, that went way above and beyond helping me after I had showed up needing help. That's the kind of personal interaction that a lot of businesses miss these days.

Christmas eve/early Christmas morning .. closed. The parking lot is full of cars wanting to buy things... But they won't open until 6 am on Christmas Day... Like, how is that helpful? Considering the whole point was last minute shopping for Christmas.... I can just go to walmart at 6 am ... Guess they don't want to be there for their customers... Or our money... And why are there a group of employees standing outside at 230 am, just telling people they're closed...? Why not just open, if youre gonna have staff there?

The pharmacy has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I came in when they were empty and there wasn't a single other person in line. Pharmacist refused to fill anything saying it wouldn't be ready until after noon even after I explained my situation of I couldn't come back later due to work. I had even called in hours before explaining the exact same situation I am in. She was rude, dismissive and completely uninterested in helping. To make matters worse I witnessed her being rude to the her employee when I had asked the employee a simple question, creating a hostile situation. Its very clear the employees were scared of her and didn't like working with the pharmacist. They are meant to help people and it was wild to watch how hateful this person was. I would highly advice not going to this location and supporting them if you can help it at all. I was blown away, this isn't the first time she has been very rude and its obvious she doesn't like her job and is very unhappy person. I hope she gets the help she needs.

I am always greeted when I enter the store. No complaints they keep it clean and well stocked. I would like to compliment the Pharmacy staff, the Rx dept is operating a thousand times more efficiently than in the five or so previous years. They have really gotten their game together lately.
