Called at 430, was put on wait until 5:44. They said "3 Callers in front of you, 2 callers in front of you, then 1 caller in front of you."
Over an hour wait on the phone to try and get my prescription changed to another pharmacy because they close at 5? Who in the world closes their doors at 5? And do I need to mention the hold music will put you to sleep? I finally realized the pharmacist had left for the day, leaving my call unanswered and on hold until tomorrow. I would give negative stars if I could I have never had a good experience here.

The woman in the pharmacy is so rude today. My 2 year old son and I are sick, and we need the medication right away. I called the woman to find out if my son's medicine is ready for pick up. My son was crying, so I can hear that she's annoyed that I have to ask her to repeat what she's saying, because I can't hear her clearly. Then she just casually told me that she cannot serve me because my insurance is not contracted with Walgreens. I told her what I should do, she sounded annoyed because of a crying kid in the background. She told me I should contact CVS or Walmart. I asked her for what? So CVS or Walmart can call that woman and she can forward my prescription to them. At this point she was speaking so slow, emphasizing every syllables as if she's talking to a person who does not understand any English. I asked her why she does not contact us to let us know that they cannot give us my son's medicine. She told me all the excuses of not knowing my number. I asked her why not inform my doctor, the one who prescribed the meds that they can't give the meds to me, so they can tell me which pharmacy they should send the prescription, and she was like explaining me in a very slow and sylabicate tone that the doctor is bla bla bla. I don't want to listen anymore because my son is crying, and I have no time to prove my point that she's not being helpful. I called my son's pediatrician to pullout the prescription from Walgreens and send it to the nearest CVS. Easier than what she was suggesting. Pharmacists should be reminded that they are always speaking to a person or patient who is currently sick, and that being unemphathetic, rude, impatient and unhelpful is not a good attitude especially from a person working in a Healthcare industry. I will never buy from Walgreens along South Virginia and Moana or even deal with their rude and impatient pharmacist!

There’s three people in the pharmacy off of Moana and South Virginia that are the rudest people I have ever met working behind a pharmacy counter. I would’ve gave this no stars they never have Ozempic. They’re always out of stock. They’re always out of medicine. They never can find your medicine they’re struggling around like chickens with their heads cut off And can’t locate your medication. That is unacceptable unprofessional the rest of the store is great, but the pharmacy don’t go there you’ll have issues every single time.

i like to go here but almost every time i go the prices on the things i buy are wrong. usually i see a sale price tag, but when i pay is higher or reg price. i hate making them go check on it cuz of the other people waiting. so i usually just take it at higher prices. just wish i knew the real price from the beginning

This store has a wide range of products. ✨️ Employees are nice. 👏👏 Great welcome ins. I normally come to Walgreens for the pharmacy area. Their stock is low in the store. They generally can supply your needs. They could do away with the creepy. Music 🎶 out front. I will be a return customer. 🙂

I bought a shower chair at Walgreens for someone in assisted living. When I got home, the instructions were difficult to understand. I brought the chair back hoping for some help. Barbara the manager was so kind and patient. She helped me to put it together and I was on my way. Barbara went above and beyond! She gave great customer service.

Came here for an Instacart trip at 10:30 and there's no employees inside but all the lights are on giving you the impression that the stores still open. Sign says 12. What a shame Walgreens can't even hire employees that are capable of finishing a shift

I had a Wag photo order that had an issue and Angela took care of me with professionalism, grace and kindness. I also appreciated the classical music playing inside/outside the store. Great experience. Thanks!

I wish I had seen these reviews before giving this pharmacy my business. I am hesitant to even Complete this review because I have seen ZERO responses to the number of rude employee comments and therefore it is quite evident that this management cares not but I'm leaving this review to warn other patrons not to give this Walgreens location their business.
I stopped by the pharmacy on the afternoon of July 17th simply to ask for a syringe to give my baby medication. An employee whose name tag said that AMY was the Operation's Pharmacy Manager was speaking with another customer. I waited patiently at the consultation window within a minute or 2 after she could not locate the other person's prescription she turned to me and said "Do you have a question?" in a very rude, abrupt, disrespectful manner. I said yes that's why I'm waiting here, to which she responded, well then you can wait longer.
It is very telling that this establishment would hire and promote an individual as horrible and with zero management qualifications to hold this title.
Pharmacy is also poorly stocked.
Don't dare to breathe if you are unfortunate enough to have no choice but to go here.

They blame doctors or insurance for prescriptions getting messed up, but it is ALWAYS them. Their staff is extremely incompetent.
