The pharmacy used to be better. But now, every fill, it's something else. They didn't move the script to my profile so it wasn't filled, they're out of stock on the common medications again, now they're down a pharmacist and have banking hours and are days behind on filling.

We have always had great experince at this walgreens store #11226 Id 0081, if this is the checkout girls ID because we did not get her name. She has terrible customer courtesy!! We received a text to come pick up our 7 wooden ornaments we had created online. They looked AWESOME! At first it did not look like we were going to get them (same girl that does the checkout) said rudely they are not here. I said that we got a text that they were ready, she again said I cannot find them. Why would then I get a text saying they are here please look agian. Rudely what your fisrt name, oh here they are. There were 4 other customers and the same, no welcome, no how are you and no thank you! Our turn and when she got to my wife's lollipops she dropped them and we thought they were going to break. We feel bad for the others that followed. I would hope after reading this that a manager will have a talk to her.

I had dental surgery and my dentist called in prescriptions for very important antibiotics. By the time I got to this Walgreens my dentist was closed . The staff told me they had no prescriptions for me. Although they took my insurance information and quized me on previous addresses? I called my dentist the next morning they assured me they had called them in. Walgreens said they still had no prescriptions for me. I called my dentist back , she said she would call them and call me back. So then I arrive at 1:30, they closed thier gates in my face. I finally got my prescriptions after having to wait for their lunch period. Again quized about former addresses i finally got my prescriptions. I will never set foot in this Walgreens ever again!

WOW, pharmacist and tech both went above and beyond to make sure we didn't pay more than we were supposed to. I'm so grateful for all their help, knowledge, and the effort and time they put in. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Two old ladies standing around gossiping. They can’t get anything to work for the FedEx system. They send me over to a guy at the photo counter who hands me a cord to print my label and then he disappears. Went to a second location and had no trouble at all printing my FedEx label. This store lacks people who know how to do their jobs.

Waited hours to have a prescription filled only to be then told they're out of stock. One time I can understand but this is the second time and it is a pattern. The pharmacists are nice but their system is so bad I'm going somewhere else from now on.

Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. If my script is ready, why does it take 30 minutes in the drive thru. I see multiple people working but always just one person handling both drive thru and in store customers.

This Walgreens is our local store. I can always find what I am looking for here. This trip was no different. This trip the representative was very friendly which is a pleasant and a lovely change. I gave 4 stars because the pharmacy at this location isn't the most pleasant to deal with. They seem to be improving. We will be back as this is the closest pharmacy to cold springs. We enjoy Walgreens!

This is the absolute worst Pharmacy in Reno Nevada. Don't waste your time with these guys. They either lose your prescription or don't give you your entire order. And on top of that they're quite rude.

Walgreens Lemon Dr. Reno, Nv. If I could give minus I would. This store has continued to go down hill. I requested my meds to be delivered as I've done in the past. I went on line on a Tuesday for free ( 1-2 day ) delivery. On Friday I received a text to please pick up my order. I called to be told no request was set up. Since fedex doesn't work over weekend I could request again but wouldn't receive until following mid week. My prescription has no co-pay so therefore I would have to pay for delivery according to the girl on the phone. WRONG !!! What kind of crazy is that ? A way to make up a fee ??? Go without meds for over a week because of their silliness. If the store can't perform the service that they offer ( 1 - 2 day free delivery ) then don't have that as an option. Come on, ask any doctor if that's good practice for your daily regimen your system has been on for years, ( multiple pills a day times 6- 7 days ) because some pharmacies can't run as smoothly as they pride themselves on. While you're not going wither away, Walgreens is still going to get the money from the insurance companies. So don't allow them to side step and tell you, you will have to pay a delivery fee. ITS FREE DELIVERY. Have them put it in writing if it's not.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Since last August there is nothing but issues concerning availability for my prescription plus the refill timeframe is really long. I will never go back to this place again.
