If I could give this pharmacy no stars, I would. Maybe 1 out of 10 prescriptions are filled without problem. Usually, there is not enough medication on hand, or the prescription is filled for the wrong dosage. Sometimes I arrive to pick up a prescription only to be told it has been reshelved - after I called before I drove there to make sure it was still available for pickup. I honestly don't know where Walgreens hires these people. Do they have to take a test with the lowest score being the first hired? One part-time high school look-alike wouldn't hand me my prescription because he said I was rude. All I could tell the management (as well as the coporate office which I called regarding this matter) that he better grow up because he will come across all kinds of people much more rude than I was, and his attitude would end him up in an unemployment line repeatedly. I cannot stress enough how incompetent the staff is. Usually I have to speak with the manager to get my correct and fully filled prescription. Do not use this pharmacy or shop at this Walgreens unless you - like me - absolutely have to. Maybe hitting this store in its wallet will make them wake up and pay attention to the customer.

I gotta be honest here, I’ve had my fair share of frustrating moments at this pharmacy. But I say that to say this; they are clearly overworked and understaffed. My frustrations are usually unfortunately a product of THESE factors, rather than any adjustable factors. I’ve seen additional staffing and every time I’ve gotten on the phone with them, or spoken face to face, I’ve had pleasant interactions. Yes, call-waiting can take days. And yes, sometimes they don’t have my particular prescriptions when I need them; but based off the PEOPLE I have interacted with, and their ability to service myself and the rest of the MANY patients this pharmacy helps, I really think that this Walgreens outputs as efficiently as they can with the inputs they are supported by.

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens ever. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Walgreens advertises as a FedEx drop off and my packaged product meant all the requirements for a drop off there and they didn't want to take it cuz they said it was too heavy and they couldn't lift it. The weight restriction is 50 lb My box was 44 lb. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

This store is the biggest example of corporate greed there is. Perpetually understaffed and underresourced. Pharmacy staff can do nothing to help anyone because they have no time. When I ask pharmacy if this is due to corporate they beg me to leave a review because they say the only time Walgreens listens is when customers complains. They are begging them for more support. Hey CEO - maybe take one less vacation and get some damn pharmacists. They are ruining the Walgreens brand.

I always have amazing customer service at this location. It's life changing to have the curbside pick up available within 30 mins. They are always fast and orders are consistently correct. With small children curbside is so convenient for absolutely everything in the store. I highly recommend this Walgreens !! Thank you to the amazing staff here

I just held for 16 minutes just to be hung up on. Two weeks ago arrived for my appointment to receive a vaccine and couldn't because the system was down. System was also down for two days another time, affecting medication delivery. It's going to be a big pain but I think soon I'll have to change pharmacies,

Do not use this pharmacy. Technical difficulties and they can't hand out medication or even tell you if your order is ready. On hold for 1 1/2 hours and given the run around of where my medication even is. I can see where my doctor sent it and they tell me it's at a different pharmacy. Not even an update on the website to tell people the pharmacy is closed!

had to switch back to Walgreens pharmacy after an insurance change and quickly remembered why I left. The pharmacy is perpetually short staffed, they take forever to fill prescriptions, and you wait in line for damn near an hour! My Guess is that Walgreens is the problem. pay better, don't abuse employees, and you'll be able to keep them! CVS is always fully staffed. short staffed for them means maybe a 10 minute wait for you..

I used to love this pharmacy. Now it takes forever. The staff is nice enough, but they need more staff. Gone are the days of "ready in one hour." Now it's "wait in line for one hour."Then you find out that they ran out of your medicine and they'll give you a 3 day supply so that you can come back and do it all over again. If I hear that they hire more staff, I'll consider returning. For now, though, it's just not worth the trouble.

Ordered refill status said on backorder, 11 days later, still no refill and status does not show my order at all. Went to pick up another prescription and asked about backorder and was told by a clerk who consulted pharmacist, not the pharmacist, for myself to contact my doctor and ask for a different dose or change my medication to another.... shouldn't someone be notifying doctors?? What if this is the only dose or medication I can take. Do not get your meds here. Will be changing pharmacy company.

Bad faith dealings, divulging private medical information at pharmacy. Went for COVID test and they cheated my insurance company for the price of the fast test but administered slow test. They also administered test without confirming ID per their own listed protocol and then gave private information about me without confirming identity of person calling. 2 hour test is actually 2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2+2 hour test. Also they were rude during phone call because I didn't know that 2 hours was actually supposed to mean every bit of 24 hours and hung up on me. Don't go here for any reason. You will regret it.

I've never waited less than 30 minutes in line at this pharmacy. Half the time they run my insurance incorrectly and I have to call the insurance company myself to have them fix the problem. Slow and inept are the only two words for this location.

Time management skills need work. Told me my perception would be ready in 1 1/2 hours 3 hours later, still not ready. Should have told me 3 hours.
