Missing an item from my pickup order. Called this store (3277) 10 times. No one answers the phone. Called multiple departments- got answered in electronics with a burp and a 25 minute hold. I drove to the store, they couldn't fine my item, nor was anyone willing to talk to me. Horrible service. Horrible. Left outside by myself at an empty pickup area. Zero communication and was finally hung up on. Horrible. I am searching for another avenue to complain. Attempted online return of missing item. Missing item is not even an option for a refund. Only refund available was to pick something else- system would allow a $12.29 refund on an item that cost me $20.96. Finally reached Steven, who was unprofessional and behaved like my issue was unimportant, dismissive and had a ridiculous tone and giggle like this was trivial. I drove back to the store to get the item, which took me another 45 minutes round trip.

Walmart advertise that returns can be made from home but the app does not work nor does anyone ever answer the phone at the Diamonte location. Then I order a dress or and got set a storage cube and apparently they can't read because the box says storage cube. After unpacking it is when I discovered they sent the wrong merchandise. Now they are holding my money hostage for a mistake that they made, all because they have a bunch of illiterate lazy ass people that don't care about customer service. I had it delivered because I am 65 and couldn't carry 70 lbs up a flight of 19 stairs. The package that was sent is 45 lbs. And they still insist that they sent the right package. Then some dummy said that she was scheduling the pickup for Sunday taking away my only free day to go to church and the confirmation is for a Monday. I work Monday thru Friday and as large as Walmart and FedEx is, no one will do anything to remedy their mistake. I'm calling my bank and maybe they will be able to get my money back.

Waiting in my car more than one hour for a online pick up order. The worst grocery ever. Hire more people and have better management time. I will never go back here

Wow what can I say...my husband and I were checking out at the self checkout because that's all they have open at 9:30pm. We were doing two separate transactions and I notice two Walmart workers were standing right behind me watching what I was doing. I finished up and payed my stuff, when I pulled out the receipt one of the workers put her hand right in front of me asking to see the receipt. I told her no because the printer that I DID NOT SCAN AND PAYED was going to be scanned and payed by my husband. Thus she walked away, once he was done paying the printer which was $55. I took his receipt and yelled at her DO YOU NEED TO SEE THE RECEIPT OR WHAT. She didn't apologize for accusing us of trying to steal. She simply walked away the other lady just kept staring so I stared back. DO BETTER WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE WALMART, I'm so done getting accused of stealing every time I go. From a tomato to a damn print. Wow.

Today, I went in to buy groceries and a bottle of wine for the week. I've been going to this Walmart for 20 years now. I'm 27 years old. I went to pay and show my ID. The cashier started saying my ID wasn't me (only difference in my photo was my hair color) and walked with me to customer service for the manager to check my ID. Turns out, there wasn't any manager on duty. Anyways, they wouldn't let me buy my groceries. And treated me like I was incompetent. The service has gone down hill. Don't shop here!!! And by the way my mom ordered a cake from this Walmart bakery two weeks ago. She asked for simple writing on the cake. There wasn't any when she picked it up and no one would do it so she found the icing and did it herself. Don't waste your time.

I have shopped at this Walmart since it opened, the last year it is very hard to shop there. Any time-of the day there's huge boxes piled in the isles, it's hard to navigate through the store. Every time I shop there is at least 1 item on my list out of stock, empty shelves all through the store. I can never count on the price on the shelves, when I. Get to the self check out several items are a higher price. I'm going to find another store to shop for groceries. I am pleased with the pick up, and pharmacy.

Last few times I shopped here, I had two ladies help me, Melody, and Cheryl. I don't normally remember employees names at Walmart because it's usually a bad experience. They are the nicest employees I've ever had in any Walmart I've ever shopped in. Very helpful and they smile. Most employees walk around looking miserable. Finally a good experience shopping at Walmart.

The Damonte Ranch location in South Reno is getting worse every day. They do not have parking lot security patrols. My wife just got back from here today and said some crazy dude was walking around the parking lot and yelling obscenities at her and she didn't feel safe. I am absolutely done with Walmart. They are full of incompetent employees, they force you to use the self checkouts, the quality of their merchandise is low, and they have little to no concern about the safety of their customers. Steer clear of this location and probably the rest of them.

And when I thought they could not get worse... Quality/Quantity - Overall good value, especially with brand names. Atmosphere - Consistent, take that for what it is worth. Service - The good news is that I am VERY self sufficient. Only needed help if things were locked up. This is where it gets worse. Tall skinny older male is so rude, does he think he is security? Watching how he treats people disgusts me; I was so close to saying something to him. How about trying to smile and greet us...? Today, my limes rang up one cent more than advertised. I kindly told the "Scan and Go" team member that I did not need a price adjustment, but they probably should update the sign. She replied, "that is NOT my department." Worst part is that it looked like she was training a new employee. This is why your culture is currently so poor!! To manager Ysela Reyes, can I suggest having your BEST train your new team members. As I just shared, you probably do NOT want to continue to have "careless" employees spread their culture. My previous review on 11/2021 stated, "that they had good employees"... What happened to all of them? Price - Good, low price leader. I never check. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1969, the world's largest company by revenue, $548+ billion, 50+ stores in Nevada, and 310+ stores in California. If it wasn't for your great value, you would be losing customers!!

Walmart has always been our to go spot for a California fishing license.... Unfortunately, last year they did not have any due to the machine being broken. This year, my positive thoughts led me back... Again, after waiting a while, Informed the machine is still broken. You could tell because it still had the colored green license from the prior year. They are cheaper for tackle than the sports stores... Oh well, I'll remember next year.

Very difficult to find anyone willing to help you. Most just say not my dept and leave you hanging. Waited by locked case for someone to come with a key two different times and gave up after 15 mins of waiting each time. Store is a mess with product everywhere. Out of a lot of items.

The restrooms are horrible more like horrifying it's soooo unsanitary and uncomfortable I couldn't use either restrooms the smell was unbearable

Why does Wal-Mart allow pets riding in the baskets that we put our food in? When Wal-Mart doesn't distinguish between a service animal and a pet the customer has to suffer by putting their food in dirty, germy baskets. I saw a lady the other day with her dog and her bird in a bird cage riding in the basket. A service animal doesn't ride in a basket, doesn't bark, squawk, nor have a smelly accident. Service animals walk and are trained to not excreted matter in inappropriate places. Why doesn't the health department fine Wal-Mart?

You would think this walmart would be some what nice. Since the location is $outh Reno! This walmart is disgusting! Spills on the floor, broken jars etc. I have witnessed the general manager walk right past these issues and not lift a finger! When you tell your concerns to upper management, they could care less.
