I moved from a pharmacy (different company) that was continually rude and ineffective to Walmart on 7th street. What a night and day experience! Walmart personnel have been super helpful. They listen and answer my questions and treat me with respect. I highly recommend them.

The negative reviews amaze me. I have never had a bad experience here, and the people have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. (I lived her before they even built the Walmart.) And no, they do not close for lunch on weekdays. Every other pharmacy in the area does. So, this one is more accessible than all the others. True story: I had an eye injury and my doctor prescribed me antibiotic drops to keep the eye from getting infected. My insurance would not pay one penny (Thanks, PEBP!). The counter tech, Ashley, actually went out of her way to look up a GoodRX coupon and got me a 50% discount: she did her job AND my insurance provider's job, and did it better than they do. I'm not sure what planet the other reviewers are on, but the 7th Street Walmart pharmacy has the best prices, the longest hours, the best same day availability, and the friendliest and most helpful staff in the whole area. It's a great place to go when you need a prescription. If you have a bad experience there, you might want to pay a visit to the home furnishing department and look in the mirrors!

Always great service at the Walmart on 7th Street. Live across town and drive just to go to this one.

This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever seen! If it was possible to give a no star or a minus they would get that rating. These people are rude, do NOT care, and the I don't care attitude is their primary attitude! ? they need customer service classes to learn how to treat people. So much for the Walmart customer service policy

Not a walmart fan... its personal, lol but at the 7th st pharmacy there is a employee by the name Katie and she is a incredible person both at her job and as a individual. Friendly, professional and willing to step above not on top of to make customer service her focus. Deserves a raise and a smile. Respect those who respect you I always say.

The signs in the parking lot, the app AND outgoing phone message on their pharmacy line all say nothing about the fact that curbside pickup closes 20 min before the pharmacy itself closes. Got here 15m early, called the number on the sign like ten times, no answer. Called the pharmacy itself directly, that's when I find out curbside is already closed. I TOLD them I would run inside and that I'd be right there...then I rushed inside only to see that at 5:58pm they closed their door 2 min before official closing time. PEOPLE NEED THEIR MEDICATIONSD PLAN AHEAD BASED ON INFORMATION PUBLISHED. I CHECKED THE WEB, THE APP AND CALLED FOR YOUR PHARMACY CURBSIDE PICKUP HOURS AND STILL GOT SCREWED. IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR A PHARMACY TO CLOSE EARLY!

Dr. sent Rx on 12/13, talked to the pharmacist that day to confirm I would be picking up my Rx on the 30th. Called to inquire about pickup on the 28th, was told, “It will be ready on Mon,12/30.” Went there 6:30pm on 12/30, it was not ready and worse it’s NEEDS TO BE ORDERED! If you can’t get a prescription ready in 17 days you need a new career, Period, End of Story. If you are a manager unable to recognize Incompetence that basically leaves your business IMPOTENT, You are a failure of a manager and your business deserves to fail. There is No Excuse good enough! When thinking of Wal Mart Pharmacy and the Pharmacists they employ, “Dim, Inept, Ineffective, Inadequate, Unprepared, Unaware, basically THE WORST EVER!”

WalMart Pharmacy has great deals on generic medicine. There are 4 pages listing what's available for just $10 They accept just about every insurance plan & have coupons helping reduce the costs for those without insurance. They text you when it's time for refills . All you have to is text back with a "Y" and it's done! Do yourself a favor and activate WalMart Pay on your cell phone to make checking out a one stop procedure. Your in & out in minutes without having to wait in line.

Twice in the last six months two different doctors sent prescriptions to this pharmacy. Because there was a high copay they just decided not to fill them and NOT to contact me. I called and the tech I spoke to told me they could not possibly contact all their patients. When I said, well you are not a very good pharmacy. He hung up on me. I called back and spoke to the manager who told me the tech had put it back in the queue. He did not seem concerned that the tech hung up on me. As a blind person it is quite frustrating to deal with this pharmacy even though they can provide labels for my special machine that reads them to me. I contacted my doc and she sent a new on to Costco. How can a big corporation like WalMart be so user unfriendly?

No more ... 3 times I put in my prescription told it would be about 30 minutes just to come back and find they can't fill it that day or don't have the medication in stock ... so they lost my business.

I know, I know, it's just a pharmacy! And yes, it's just Walmart! However, this particular Walmarts' pharmacy is pretty good! I was getting all of my prescriptions at a different pharmacy, (review to follow), but they were not very good at customer service! Well dog gone it, I like good service! So, I switched! The very first time I entered into this pharmacy area, I expected it to be like any other pharmacy area is! Counter help that is two steps above ignorant, pharmacists that only care about what time they get off work, and a system that is far less than efficient! With this pharmacy, I was pleasantly surprised! My prescription was waiting for me, and, even though I know all about this medication, they still insist that I speak with the pharmacist to ensure proper usage of this medication! Well, I think they might care! I have been there several times since, unfortunately, due to the need for more medications. Each time I arrive, now that they have helped me sign up for the mobile app, I get a notice on my phone that my prescription is ready. I push a button and pay for it on my phone, and then when I show up, I walk right up to the counter and scan the code on the credit card machine. That shows the cashier that I have already paid for my medication, and they set me up with the medication and a pharmacist to make sure I know how to use it. This group here goes above and beyond the requirements needed for calling themselves a pharmacy! One pick up, actually for my dog, almost landed them in a four-star column! I sat for an hour while they scrambled to figure out where my dogs' medicine was! I was thinking they were a one star pharmacy like the others while sitting there! Then, reality struck! They are actually scrambling to figure out what went wrong! In the end, it was the veterinarian that gave them incorrect information that was the cause of all of my grief! They were so apologetic! That brought them right up to the five star level with me! Yes, it is a Walmart! And yes, it is just a pharmacy! But these people are legit! If this is your area of town, you should consider using them as your pharmacy! They are open till 9 PM. No need to thank me!
