All was good until we got to checkout. It was nice to see more than ine or 2 checkouts open. Except the cashiers didn't know what dry ice was or if your store carried it.

Aside, from the high price's , especially, in the meat Dept....the Cosmetic's Dept, need's attention! 50% of the time I shop for cosmetic's I am unable to get assistance and end up going to a different store to make my purchase. You have no idea how many customer's experiece the same thing! I'm sure you want to greatly increase revenue's, so Management need's to resolve this issue.

This Walmart sucks! They have had so much theft that now you have to ring a bell and wait for an associate to unlock the cabinets and put your goods in a plastic box that you have to go up front and stand in line to have a cashier double check your purchases. Needless to say it takes way too long for a quick visit to the store. Oh and there are only 4 self checkout registers so you will have to wait in a line no matter what you do.

Not bad as far as Walmarts go. Lol
Update: there are far too many younger people that seem to congratulate into small groups to socialize instead of doing their job!! Sorry for the rant, this has been an ongoing issue for me. Thank you for your understanding in this small matter.

Sick and tired of every single time I walk into the store there's such messed up carts I can't even find the correct one can never do a quick trip..... The people at the door need to be more friendlier instead of acting like we're being searched on the way out.... I spend hard-earned money here... The friendliness just sucks in every direction of this store except for the food area... Nobody ever knows where anything is you got to search for so long to find help... It just is disappointing to have to deal with so many issues when this world is already tough enough

Honestly this walmart used to be okay at one point. Now honestly the place could use some work . The bathrooms especially the front was are almost never clean when I go in there . I have had management try to kick me out of the store when i was being used at by his employee. They aren't the greatest at having things stocked on the shelf .

****Update**** I was told they are not closing self-checkout now.
***They closed self checkout***
There are two self checkout registers. NO TAP PAY!!!!
I hate that this Walmart is the closest and most convenient grocery store in this area. The carts are the worst, there are always people camping in the parking lot and excessive pan handling. It truly sucks that the simplest items have to be locked up (like dental flossers!!!!!) Truly inconvenient and annoying af. I know that's not exclusive to this Walmart as the theft crap and locking everything up is EVERYWHERE and unavoidable now. With that said, this Walmart has been surprisingly better than the others at coming with a key in under 10 minutes and im appreciative that they haven't locked up the children's underwear like Kietzke Walmart. So dumb. Also, self-checkout IS COMPLETELY CLOSED NOW WHICH MAKES THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION UNBEARABLE! This was a 3 star review until I walked in the other day and they told me they are taking out the self checkout option, so it's no longer available. Dumb. The lines are ALWAYS long and self-checkout was the ONLY positive experience left for this store as self-checkout made checking out of here way less miserable. Now I will be avoiding Walmart at all costs. The convenient locations and idea of one stop shop are no longer convenient or worth my time or sanity.

I frequent Walmart many times a month. I really liked this Walmart, until I use the restroom. First of all, I am old with bad niece and the toilet is some kind of low boy toilet. It was very difficult to get off of and then when I did get off the toilet seat moved, and I discovered it wasn’t even secured to the toilet bowl! Who does that? Who just sets a toilet seat on top of a toilet without securing it? There was no hardware so it never had been secured. I took it off and put it on the floor so someone doesn’t get hurt. You probably wonder why I didn’t notice that it was not secured before setting on it and the reason for that is it had a toilet seat that was up blocking where the hardware would be. I didn’t have time to stand in line to report it and figure nobody probably cares anyway.
The positive about the store was, they had a designated employee in the Pharmacy area, unlocking the cabinets.

If you're just getting food products then it's fine but God forbid you try to buy anything else; almost everything is locked behind glass!!! Pressing the button does nothing, you have to track down an employee to get them to open it for you.
