Nobody attends to you. There are about 20 people just mining, you ask for assistance, and no one comes, you have to almost walk behind them to help you.

If there is so much theft in this store just close it! By the of the year the entire store will be under lock and key 😡 it’s ridiculous! Tired of being treated like a criminal every time I shop at this location. Time to go somewhere else.

I would leave zero stars and shut the store down if I could this place is a zoo. I have called more than 50 times every possible option to get a hold of an employee regarding a bag that was not giving to me with my pets food and special medical stuff. I’ve been trying for three days now and can’t get a hold of anybody. I live in Carson and the store is in Reno. It’s a little bit of a hassle for me to go all the way to Reno to find out that they don’t have it, although it didn’t come home with me so they should have it, but nobody can answer Any other Walmart in town they answer right away. Walmart refuses to answer the phone, no matter which option I pick ridiculous not how business should be conducted for sure

The Auto Center I do not recommend to go over there due to under staffing with the technician. Most of the time I went there were they said the spots were fill and only 1 technician worked there will be long waited, or come back next day. now I just went this morning and said the exact the same excuses and need to be place an appointment!!! The lady just literally just showed me the spots were full for today. And not even apology for inconvenience, and not very helpful to help me set up the farther appointment set up or any suggestion to go to other Walmart to try or anything. There was no sign said that customers had to make the appointments to do the services. Then I left and go do the appointment set up, only allow you just do the oil change appointment or the tire rotation, you cannot make both services together. So, I am very upset that this kind of service in the Auto services. I have to go to different Walmart ( which the one by Damonte Pkwy) to do my oil change and tires rotation service. There was no one waiting and no need to make any appointment.

I know walmart is synonymous with bottom-of-the-barrel customer service, but this place is awful! Nasty expired dairy products, clothing designed only for height to width ratios of 1... or those built like underfed children..., crackhead greeters, math/speed/personality challenged cashiers, security guards that me me wanna check my pockets after they creep by, 3 employees to each customer, but 20 mins To get a case opened, and 2 hours wait for the disservice desk to open for a return ( re: expired dairy products... )... There is not a single redeeming quality... No wonder GSR looks so trashy all the time... Dirty neighbors = Dirty neighborhood.

Waited 20 minutes to have an employee open the locked case to buy a $20 item. First two employees told me they were too busy to open the case. One employee Antonio was very rude. Worst Walmart ever….

Went in tonight after a long shift of work to buy some gluten free bread for dinner. Bought it, got home and realized there was mold all over the bread. Looked at the expiration and it was 2 months expired. Absolutely disgusting! They clearly don’t check quality of items.

Went in at 745pm to buy and activate a phone. and was told by three different employees three different things.we had to go search for any employee in the back of the store to find any kind of help and even then it’s like they can’t be bothered to even stop and acknowledge you are trying to ask them for help. First employee said the woman who activates phones was on break and should be back soon so we waited… in the electronics department. 5-10 mins later still nothing and store looks deserted by the way…. Then 2nd employee walks by and I politely ask if there’s someone working in this dept who can help me with buying and activating a phone. “She said oh I work in this dept but I’m already off, you’re going to have to come back tomorrow, When there’s someone here who can help you.” And I asked her, so youre telling me there’s no one in this entire store who can help me? She said nope. And she then left. I stopped another employee walking by and he keeps walking not making eye contact and said” oh I don’t know go ask customer service…. I don’t know their hours back here or who works in that dept then he said oh there’s no one so go ask customer service.” So I was told so many things from different employees. Such a waste of my time and gas… I live 30-45 mins away and need med a phone to get my by. Since I have 4 kids that I need to stay in communication with during the day. I just can’t believe that Walmart being such a huge company didn’t have anyone there to help me.
