Listen I know Walmart will always be Walmart but this Walmart really does need to prioritize some clean up of the store, I constantly see opened half drank cans, bottles Starbucks etc all over the store, their dressing rooms got crusted gum and god knows what else all over it and on top of that it has one broken dressing stall with card board and tape to hold it together, and the dressing room area looks like one big storage closet that you throw everything into when you're just trying to clean up fast but don't want to organize, but the real kicker is their grocery section,I shop at many places to for food Walmart being on of them but for the prices they're raising to I would think that maybe they would like to not leave their cleaning utensils lying in areas where food is stocked, packaged or not that's still gross oh and stop letting the annoying cable company salesman post up inside or outside the store last thing I want is to be harassed for cable that most likely is the exact same as what I have

Wal-mart needs to teach all the employees how Wal-mart Sparks works!!!I experienced the worst situation I've ever encountered at any Wal-Mart that I've ever been to in my life with the older lady who looks to be in her early 50's with very short black hair who works behind the counter in the electronics area. I was doing a Wal-Mart Sparks order, and I'm guessing this rude lady wasn't familiar with how Sparks works. I tried to explain to her 3 times on how it works and the steps, which is 1. scan the item, 2. go to self-checkout, 3. scan the QR CODE on the screen, 4. bag the item & proceed to deliver to the customer. PLAIN & SIMPLE!!! She refused to listen to me or look at my phone for proof. She proceeds to tell me that I need to pay for the item at the front first, come back to electronics, and she'll retrieve the item behind the locked shelf for me. I then tell her that I have to scan the item b4 I'm able to go to the next step, which is finalizing the pay. So then she decides to take the item out and walk with me to self-checkout, which I had no problem with. But she takes her sweet time searching for some1 on the floor that is also doing a Spark order & questions that person about the whole process, as if I'm lying to her about it. This lady tells her the same thing I had already told her 3 times. We FINALLY made it to self-checkout 20 mins. later, when the whole process should've only taken me 5 minutes to complete. I scanned the QR and showed her my screen that it's been paid, and she tried to refuse to put the item in the bag so I could deliver it to my customer. I was so mad because I didn't know what else she wanted me to show her. I got fed up and told her to put the dang item in the bag so I could deliver it. Then she yells at me, saying, "If u come back to electronics, I'm not helping u!!!"I sure hope that's a promise because I would never want to deal with her ever again!!! She had no right to treat me the way she did, and I hope no1 goes through the situation I went through...ever!!!

I’d give them a zero if I could. I go in for a money order and the machine is down (conventionally the lady forgets to mention this before processing my stuff as she stated after she knew!). I give the lady $105 as my total was $103… as she gets a lead over to get me my money back I tell her she never gave me my $2 change. She looks at me and said my drawer opened so I gave you change. I pull out my cash and show her I have not received any $1s back (all this in front of the “lead”)… she ignores me, hands me back $103 and calls the next person before I’m even walking away! Do not bother wasting your time or money at their custom service counter…. Or should I say LACK OF customer service counterDOI- 11/17/23 @1534

Clean, freshly stocked, workers willing to assist in most departments, checkout was easy, associate upon leaving looked at my receipt, but then started to unzip my backpack and I quickly stated: "This is my personal property you need my permission to unzip it!" She then realized she was in violation and allowed me to leave. How many times I feel associates feel entitled to invade our privacy? Management needs to do better with training.

On veteran's day holiday there were two checkers and one went on break. Only one self check station was open. The lines were incredibly long. No supervisor in sight. I will never go to this on again. The managers need to be fired. Left without buying anything.

Went grocery shoppng early last night and the shelves were in desperate need of restocking. Out of several items on my list. My major complaint is several of the lights needed to illuminate the parking lot were not working. The parking area was not well lit and even dark. Hopefully no one will be run over by a car, robbed or worse with this huge liability. A lawsuit waiting to happen! FIX THE LIGHTS! It's a very unsafe place to be since it's dark by 5pm.

I ordered Ninja Turtle themed cupcakes for my son’s birthday and when I picked them up they were just blue and purple. Though pretty, they were not what I ordered and the blue was supposed to be ninja turtle green. I was so disappointed. I had a hard time trying to get ahold of any baker, whether in the store or on the phone. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a Walmart bakery and I will not be getting anymore baked goods from them. The cupcakes were supposed to be green and purple, with ninja turtle characters and sprinkles like they advertise at their store. I made it very clear what I wanted. Again, so disappointed.

I use this Walmart for Pickup, delivery and regular shopping. It is always stocked and the employees are helpful. They are out of my protein shakes a lot but if I place the order online they ship them for free from my pickup orders. It only takes a few days. Same with my Celsius drinks. Overall, I think this is my favorite Walmart in Reno.
