We came into Reno from out of town to complete banking tasks with family members living in Reno. We set up an appointment in advance with a banker at the Plumb branch, and when we got to the bank we were told the appointment was not on their schedule and that they couldn't see us, despite us needing to leave Reno on Sunday. Employee who had originally helped us set up the appointment had not offered a confirmation number and we did not know we had to ask for one, though we did have her name and all the other necessary details. Instead of taking the time to help us get the task completed, they spent twenty minutes looking up other branches for us to try going to on Saturday, not telling us that other branches wouldn't have bankers readily available on Saturday. We went to the branch on Keystone precisely as it opened on Saturday as instructed and were told that we shouldn't have been sent over, they were short staffed, and the manager had to stay on cash. We told them we were willing to wait as long as needed, only to be told "We close at 12." We were then told no other open branches would see us. POOR customer service skills. MISUSE of their time that could have been spent correcting the problem Wells Fargo created. No attempts made to problem solve or rectify the mistake - ONLY EXCUSES.

Arrived at the drive thru at 4:45pm, sat there for 20 minutes while customers on either side of me were helped. Assumed mine was taking longer because I had several deposits. Finally buzzed the teller at 5:05 to be told that they were closed. When I said I'd been waiting for 20 minutes the woman told me "no, you haven't". Period. No apology. No please come back tomorrow. Rude! Check the cameras! I was there. Will never go back to this branch again. Tellers have always been friendly before, but I have had long waits numerous times. If this was my personal bank, I would be finding another one. But this was for my work and we have several accounts with WF. Wish we'd switch.

Lied about international transfers got stuck in Australia with no money because of these people. Had to report them to the OCC... do as I did record every conversation and give it to the OCC or remove your money from the bank immediately!!!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 23 years. i have been banking since I was able to walk.this Wells Fargo on keystone should be shut down. it is by far the worst and most horrible experience you could ever possibly have at a Wells Fargo location.the staff there are so lazy and unhelpful and it is so consistent with every single person there to be insubortanate towards customersI recommend closing down this location and only this one.

I can't even believe the experience I just had. Please avoid the employee Carolyn at ALL COSTS. She was so disappointingly rude, and to top it all off at the end she threw my id at me into the small cubby shaking her head. Absolutely pathetic. I understand what it's like to have a bad day but that is unacceptable for a BANK clerk to show such a lack of customer service. So so so sad. -100 for Carolyn LOL

Absolutely zero stars. This is the worst bank ive ever banked with. Im so glad i changed to Bofa. Today i was in the neighborhood and had some checks from someone that has an acct at wells fargo. So i stopped there to cash them. Door says they close at 5pm and its 430pm but the door is locked. Neat. So then i notice that the druve-thru is ACTUALLY OPEN for once. So i wait in line and when its my turn the rude employee tells me she cant cash my checks because im in the drive-thru and dont have an acct there. And i say i tried to come in and you already locked the door before it says youre supposed to close. She throws up her hand like whatever and sends my stuff back. The customer service at this bank is the worst! If you arent going to open your doors at the scheduled times you say youre open you have to offer alternatives!!!!!! I hate Wells Fargo and i will definitely tell everyone i know not to bank here!!

No drive up windows open. I had to go inside and wait in line with 4 others as only 1 window was open. Sad state of affairs when making a simple deposit for my nonprofit takes 30 minutes. Especially when my sciatica is flaring and standing in line for any length of time is gruesomely painful. One star is a gift.

I enjoy this branch very much as I never have to wait in line in drive thru or drive thru ATM! I called into this location and the manager of this branch just happened to answer my phone call. Not only was she kind but she went above and beyond. It’s nice to receive that kind of customer service in this day and age. I’m saddened to read the low star reviews but my experience banking with Wells Fargo has been wonderful, and this branch is awesome and they really love their customers.

I need to find a new bank! Giving me overdraft fees when I have money in my account. I have had to call 2x in just as many weeks to get 4 overdraft fees returned! When your negative balance is less then the overdraft fees there is in issue! In the last 2ish years this company has gone down hill!!

Drive Though Closed. Absolutely No Staff. Only one teller and The manager helping customers. As the the manager closes his window leaving numerous customers standing in the lobby looking at each other wondering what is going on. This Bank needs to be more competitive in the labor market.

Kept waiting for a half hour despite having an appointment. Then a simple transaction took ridiculously long and was not actually completed due to poor customer service, poorly trained staff and absurdly inefficient systems and processes.

Extremely rude costumer service, specifically from Cassandra mueller very careless about costumer needs, she treated me like if she was doing me a favor when it should be both ways because if she has a job it’s because of the costumers ... I had an appointment to open a teens account for my son at 4 and waited for 20 min for one of the bankers to tell us that they couldn’t help us because they close at 5 which I understand things happened but the way Cassandra handle the situation was very unprofessional.
