The bank tellers and workers here are very helpful and considerate. If you have a problem they will sit down with u and solve it to the best of there abilities. The best wells Fargo in all of reno in my opinion

I opened an account here. There was a promotion for new customers, and the banker didn't apply it for me. Once I asked them why they didn't use the promotion for me, they just tried to justify their fault by giving some unreasonable explanations.So disappointing bankers.

They close at 1-3pm for lunch break on weekdays. They open from 9am-1pm and 3pm-5pm.
