1 teller for a line reaching the doors. Even for businesses services. And other employees just walking in the back. . Wow. Read the rest of the reviews. Not 1 good one all for the same reason. No Tellers

We came into Reno from out of town to complete banking tasks with family members living in Reno. We set up an appointment in advance with a banker at the Plumb branch, and when we got to the bank we were told the appointment was not on their schedule and that they couldn't see us, despite us needing to leave Reno on Sunday. Employee who had originally helped us set up the appointment had not offered a confirmation number and we did not know we had to ask for one, though we did have her name and all the other necessary details. Instead of taking the time to help us get the task completed, they spent twenty minutes looking up other branches for us to try going to on Saturday, not telling us that other branches wouldn't have bankers readily available on Saturday. We went to the branch on Keystone precisely as it opened on Saturday as instructed and were told that we shouldn't have been sent over, they were short staffed, and the manager had to stay on cash. We told them we were willing to wait as long as needed, only to be told "We close at 12." We were then told no other open branches would see us. POOR customer service skills. MISUSE of their time that could have been spent correcting the problem Wells Fargo created. No attempts made to problem solve or rectify the mistake - ONLY EXCUSES.

The past two time I have come to make deposits with Carlos in the drive through he has shorted me the change back. The first time was $6 and I didn’t catch it so I had to put in my own money and today he shorted me $100. I had to drive all the way back and he had to counted his drawer and told me yes there’s an additional $100 in my til and fixed my receipt. How shady and inconvenient.

I made it 10 min before close to grab change for my restaurant and they already had the doors locked. Not too happy about that

Understaffed and extremely busy. Came to this branch just to get a voided check. Long line and only 1 teller is working. Ridiculous. Line of people waiting to cash their Friday payday checks since they somehow don't know how to keep a bank account. After 45 min I just left. Wasn't even worth waiting anymore. People as well started to walk out.

While my overall rating for WF is not close to 5 starts I must give this branch at least 5 stars! I had what I thought was a simple issue/request. I called CS number several times, visited 2 other branches, and still was hitting a wall. When I went into this branch for another service, I mentioned this issue, told them it has been "worked on" for over 9 months, without an adequate answer. I didn't expect them to help with the issue, as I was just venting my frustration, but they had it resolved in record time. They honestly saved me as a customer as I had already opened accounts with another bank and planed to close this one. WF you should thank your staff here for efficiency!

This branch is the worst ever!! First they closed the drive thru window with some lame excuse they can't staff it yet there are staff sitting doing nothing often in this branch (I have watched this while I stand in very long lines since drive thru closed). Now just went to make a simple deposit it was 12:35 and the doors were locked!! There are multiple signs on the door stating business hrs are 9AM -5pm M-F. Someone came to the door and told me they were closed for lunch until 1:45pm (more than an hour for lunch....really?). There is no notice on the door or on a website that says closed for lunch. What happens to customers like me who do their banking on a lunch hour. The last time I drove by the California office it was temporarily closed and the one on Caughlin Pkwy has been closed most of the time since Covid. I only frequent Wells Fargo once a month as a favor to someone. I will have to convince this person to move to a better bank like Heritage where I bank. It is not worth the inconvenience!!

I don't normally go to this branch. But it was Saturday morning and we found a used Ford Explorer to purchase and the guy wanted cash. This was the closest Wells Fargo so we agreed to meet there to handle the transaction. I was shocked at how many vehicles were in the parking lot and there was a long line going out the drive-through ATM. Welsfargo has a maximum $700 a day for cash withdraw from the ATM so I had to go inside. There was a HUGE line of people. As we entered we were greeted by a nice enough guy. After my son and I entered, the 'greeter' guy asked people in the lobby to wait outside. Then he started directing people to stand at the designated ' feet stickers.' I let my son wait in line and I sat in one of the 2 available chairs. I sat for 25 minutes as there were only 3 tellers and the guy in the lobby. I asked the lobby guy if it's always this busy on Saturday and he told it was at the beginning of the month. One particular gentleman was taking extremely long at the teller and then the lobby guy asked him to step over to a customer service desk and then Lobby guy helped him and I realized the lobby guy was actually a banker. I'm not sure the Bank's responsibility in making sure people social distance? Not sure why Lobby guy didn't just get behind the counter and help customers and then there would not be a 25 minute wait. Also, people were wearing masks and staying distant on their own. They were all adults and not in need of a shepherd. Again I don't know if the banks are required to do this as I don't see any other business micro-managing customers.

This location is a joke!! Had a 10am appointment to open a new account. Once getting their was told the banker I was to meet had a “family emergency” and that the branch manager would take care of it after her interview. I sat their for 30 mins like asked and then was told they couldn’t help me and that jenz reached out the other day and canceled my appointment, when In fact I made the appointment on Thursday and today is Friday. So how can this employee reach out to me a few days ago and have canceled when I made the appointment less then 24 hrs ago. I will never use Wells Fargo again this bank has lost my business for life. They need to learn how to treat customers and hire employees that aren’t lairs!!
