2 slow cashiers a line out the door and other employees ignoring customers. Find a better bank.

I feel like a bank is somewhere that I should feel comfortable dealing with large sums of money. Very much don't at this location
Seeing trash sitting outside the entrance next to the ATM for hours (I had to make two trips and it was still there untouched) is a sign that the bank really just doesn't care and doesn't have anyone to patrol the property and ensure customers are safe

I needed to change signers for my organization's account. I made an appointment and was happy to receive a call from a bank account manager. That happiness was short lived when I realized that the phone number he gave me to call him back was never answered and I could not leave a voicemail. I wonder if Wells Fargo ever calculates how much it costs them to make a simple change to an account. It's been an hour and still not done.

We highly recommend this bank. Ashley Lyles helped us with very difficult paperwork and bank issues. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is a definite asset to Wells Fargo. Thank you!

A 15 year old boy went into this branch to cash his school class refund check issue under Wells Fargo bank and Wells Fargo charge him $7.50 to cash his check when it was issue under Wells Fargo bank plus he’s only 15 year minor / student. SHAME on you Wells Fargo to charge such a fee on a minor and they don’t seem to mind Ripping off this 15 year old boy. What a SHAME !!!!

Just speaking on the ATMs at this location. Either you love Wells Fargo or you don't, that's a complete different subject that I'm not here to debate. I will say I have been a customer for almost 30 years. And of all these years, it's only been a handful of times where the ATM was unavailable for cash or to make a deposit. Annoying? Yes, but I just use the other ATM. There's one walk-up ATM and two drive-thru ATMs. All three ATMs are updated. There's handicapped parking and a handicapped accessible entrance.

It's disrespectful to Wells Fargo how incapable this branch is. Bankers can't show up to appointments on time, customer service is terrible. Only thing that seems to work is the ATM

Went to start a joint bank account with my fiancé, I thought "Wells Fargo is a nationwide bank that a lot of people trust so let's open an account there." Wrong. We ended up depositing $1800 total in cash, 300 to savings and 1500 to checking. When an hour after getting home I got an email stating that would checking account would be closed in 14 days. Weird why would it be closed we just opened it. I went to log into my mobile banking and it kicked me out saying there was a hold on our account. My fiancés mobile app would still let him in. So since it was now after hours I called the 24 hour line to see what was going on. They gave me a different department to call but said I had to call during business hours. So the next day we wake up and my fiancé gets an email saying our checking account is closed and the checking and savings balance is now zero. Weird where the hell did all oF our CASH we just deposited not even 24 hours ago go?! So we called the number the previous department gave us since now it was during business hours, they told us we needed to go into the branch and speak with someone. I called the branch multiple times and no answer, finally I got someone and I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was with someone and would call me back after. Thirty minutes passed so I just decided to drive to the branch and ask for someone. I then sat down with the manager and she called the department that I was on the phone with earlier that morning. I was there for an hour and still no explanation of what happened and where the money went. She sent me in my way and told me she was going to continue working on figuring it out and would get back to me. I never heard back from her that day so the next morning I called multiple times for a couple hours until I finally go someone. Then I was told the manager I was working with was off and wouldn't be back for a couple days so she passed it on to the man who opened our account. He told me he hasn't had time to look into it, would do that now and call me back. This was around 4pm so he's been there all day and my money just disappearing isn't a priority? He calls me back and said he couldn't get through to anyone and they are getting ready to close so he will try again first thing in the morning and let me know. It has now been three days since my money just disappeared and still no explanation. He then finally called me back on the forth day and said the funds should be back in the savings account since the checking was closed and I could come in and withdrawal them and close out the savings. I had to work so came into the bank around 430, took the money out and asked to close my account. The teller then told me I needed to make an appointment and there wasn't any available for two weeks. She then said I could call the number on the back of my card. Um lady I don't even have a card my account was open for like eight hours before Wells Fargo took initiative to close it and make my money disappear. She finally gave me the number and told me to make sure to close it soon so I don't get charged for having a balance of zero in my account. So they can't close it out for me right now at the bank but will charge me if I don't do it soon even after they completely f***** s*** up. That makes no sense. After all of this I still had no explanation of what happened, the branch manager said she's never seen this happen before. Long story short I will never trust Wells Fargo with my money and you shouldn't either!
