We do not bank with Wells Fargo, but due to losing a close friend and needing to close out her estate we were sent to this branch. Michael De La Rosa is the banker that assisted us. He was patient and kind and even though corporate placed him on hold for over 30 minutes- he talked to us and helped us sort through everything. It was beyond refreshing as we have met with unkind people one after another during this process. Thank you Michael! You truly were incredible!

Don't you just love it when you go to the drive-through at the bank during supposedly open hours of 9 to 5 and the red light is still on at that same drive through. So you pull up and after a few minutes someone finally does appear at the window, greeting you and when you advise them that "Gosh I was confused because the red light is still on even though you're open," And the reply is a disgruntled "Oh." No apology for my confusion or the fact the green light wasn't on and I had to pretty much hang out at the drive-through window until someone noticed me and showed up. I guess over the last year with most banking branches closed, many employees have forgotten what customer service and service recovery are all about. One star is a gift today because zero stars would've been preferable.

Very friendly and professional employees. They helped me set up my savings account so it tripled the interest. It's the most helpful and friendly bank branch I've ever used.

By far the slowest Wells Fargo I have ever visited. Tellers did not seem to know what they were doing, constantly running to the back for “help”. I would recommend driving elsewhere

I have banked at this location since it was Comstock Bank. Their manager and others on the staff have been very helpful for me over many years in handling settling an estate, setting up CD, lost cards, etc. It is also very convenient to my home.

Been going to this branch since it opened, and previously when it was in Scolari's, which is a long time. Lots of good tellers over the years but one recently was so bad that it warrants this review. She was cold, unhelpful, and terse. Despite many years of decent service, it is unacceptable to treat good customers like they're at fault for something, and to offer nothing even resembling assistance. I will be avoiding this branch.

Been going to this branch for the better part of two decades, and while they've been great over the years, recently they hired a teller that is so bad I will be avoiding this branch. Terse, cold and unhelpful, she created a dialog that immediately put me on the defensive. Never offered any kind of assistance or solution.

I moved back here from Colorado ( which is where I originally opened up a Wells Fargo account because they did not have Bank of America...but I really was not happy with B of A although I still do have an account there, which is rarely used.) and set up my new account at this branch which is a mile from where I am at. The workers as Niki R said in her review have always been very polite, helpful, and informative about everything. I've gone in several times to cash checks or to make deposits and also use their outside ATM. They have great customer service!

The workers here are so helpful and kind. Every time I have a question or a problem I come visit them and they help me out. It is never too busy and they give you coffee or water while you are waiting. They do have a drive through ATM for convenience purposes.

I've really enjoyed going to this particular branch. They're small, but it gives a very community friendly vibe. I've never had a problem with their drive-thru ATM, and even over the phone service is top notch.

The branches are fine but having an account with this bank is really awful. They have zero call customer service and just bounce you around by transfers till you give up
