I have banked with Wells Fargo since 1984. The branch at 5340 Kietzke Lane, Suite 100 in Reno Nevada, has been the worst experience I've had in all my years at Wells Fargo. The Premier Banker Deborah W. was very nice and helpful. The manager has a bad attitude. For example, one of my CDs, the rate was changed after 1 month. I had a nice interest rate at near 5%, and a glitch at the bank changed it after one month to 1.99%. It was a 4-month CD fixed rate. I understand that glitches can happen. But the attitude taken by the branch manager has left me with thoughts of slowly pulling out of Wells Fargo. I had another incident with the manager ... such an unprofessional attitude!
I have been going to two other branches, one being 13 miles out of my way. I will never go back to the branch on Kietzke Lane. If I can find a better interest rate, I am tempted to start pulling out my money at Wells Fargo.

Nancy Sandoval helped me, then I tried to get in touch and they never answered my calls.
I went to another branch to get a resolution, they said they couldn't because it must be in the place of origin. They gave me the name of the person in charge and it turned out to be Nancy Sandoval. Stay the same, very incompetent!
Finally I thank Kevin Zamora who solved it for me in 5 minutes

Gabriella Lipoczi I had an appointment on October 10 at 4 p.m. I waited till 4:15 without getting any service, while the banker had been without a customer since 3:30 p.m. and talked on the phone about her private life, the other had a nice conversation with his client. The third banker had been called to help me at 4:10 pm and I was able to see her at 4:15 pm. I do not have any idea why cannot help anyone one person during 30 minutes if they sit there without any customers. Sincerely, Gabi Lipoczi

Very tricky to find. This is inside a very large building, and the bank is just one of the offices. I walked around the whole building and almost have up. Enter the door called Main Entrance, and the Wells Fargo is on the right.

Wow. A physical bank branch! These things are still open? Guess until they figure out cash delivery this is one of those places where people are def required. That's what brought me in. I needed a withdrawal, and with a moderate line that moved quickly I was talking to the teller in no time. Lead Teller that is! Estefany was most helpful. She processed my transaction very efficiently and even told me how I could use atms without a card. It was refreshing. I felt like a valued customer. Thank you!

WARNING! Awful customer service. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for 12 years and this branch is by far the worst one I have ever been to. These employees are slow, lazy, take very long to do their job. These employees are judgmental and laugh and joke behind your back. They condescend, gossip, and harass you about your finances. I've never felt so unwelcomed at a bank. Their management are a joke as well. Do yourself a favor and visit literally any other WF branch in Reno!

I already have a checking acct & savings acct. Was pressured by a banker to get a Portfolio Checking acct. I asked why. He said it would make good customer banker relations. I was leary. He said there will never be a fee. I had not used this acct in 2 yrs. This week it started incurring a $30 fee. I called to close it & the banker actually told me they would get kickbacks for opening these accts. On another note, my husband died. I sold our house. Sometimes I would come in with large checks from the estate. I would get comments or questions from the tellers occasionally. "This is a lot, what do you plan on spending this on". In the big picture, I'm sure they see much larger deposits. I think it is rude to comment on my money or ask how I plan on spending it. I got this more than once by Wells Fargo tellers. Wells Fargo does not care one bit for their customers. I'm going to withdraw my money and go to a credit union! I hate Wells Fargo!!
