I needed to change signers for my organization's account. I made an appointment and was happy to receive a call from a bank account manager. That happiness was short lived when I realized that the phone number he gave me to call him back was never answered and I could not leave a voicemail. I wonder if Wells Fargo ever calculates how much it costs them to make a simple change to an account. It's been an hour and still not done.

11.30.23: Wells Fargo for the win! I realized I ran out of checks when sitting down to pay some bills. I headed over to my local branch, where the teller told me about temporary checks versus the cashier's check I planned to get. To be honest I felt a bit ignorant not knowing about temporary checks. The teller was really friendly and helpful and guided me through the simple process. I was able to print out 3 temporary checks for $3 bucks. Definitely worth it for the bind that I was in!

Just speaking on the ATMs at this location. Either you love Wells Fargo or you don't, that's a complete different subject that I'm not here to debate. I will say I have been a customer for almost 30 years. And of all these years, it's only been a handful of times where the ATM was unavailable for cash or to make a deposit. Annoying? Yes, but I just use the other ATM. There's one walk-up ATM and two drive-thru ATMs. There's handicapped parking and accessible entrance.

It's disrespectful to Wells Fargo how incapable this branch is. Bankers can't show up to appointments on time, customer service is terrible. Only thing that seems to work is the ATM

Went to start a joint bank account with my fiancé, I thought "Wells Fargo is a nationwide bank that a lot of people trust so let's open an account there." Wrong. We ended up depositing $1800 total in cash, 300 to savings and 1500 to checking. When an hour after getting home I got an email stating that would checking account would be closed in 14 days. Weird why would it be closed we just opened it. I went to log into my mobile banking and it kicked me out saying there was a hold on our account. My fiancés mobile app would still let him in. So since it was now after hours I called the 24 hour line to see what was going on. They gave me a different department to call but said I had to call during business hours. So the next day we wake up and my fiancé gets an email saying our checking account is closed and the checking and savings balance is now zero. Weird where the hell did all oF our CASH we just deposited not even 24 hours ago go?! So we called the number the previous department gave us since now it was during business hours, they told us we needed to go into the branch and speak with someone. I called the branch multiple times and no answer, finally I got someone and I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was with someone and would call me back after. Thirty minutes passed so I just decided to drive to the branch and ask for someone. I then sat down with the manager and she called the department that I was on the phone with earlier that morning. I was there for an hour and still no explanation of what happened and where the money went. She sent me in my way and told me she was going to continue working on figuring it out and would get back to me. I never heard back from her that day so the next morning I called multiple times for a couple hours until I finally go someone. Then I was told the manager I was working with was off and wouldn't be back for a couple days so she passed it on to the man who opened our account. He told me he hasn't had time to look into it, would do that now and call me back. This was around 4pm so he's been there all day and my money just disappearing isn't a priority? He calls me back and said he couldn't get through to anyone and they are getting ready to close so he will try again first thing in the morning and let me know. It has now been three days since my money just disappeared and still no explanation. He then finally called me back on the forth day and said the funds should be back in the savings account since the checking was closed and I could come in and withdrawal them and close out the savings. I had to work so came into the bank around 430, took the money out and asked to close my account. The teller then told me I needed to make an appointment and there wasn't any available for two weeks. She then said I could call the number on the back of my card. Um lady I don't even have a card my account was open for like eight hours before Wells Fargo took initiative to close it and make my money disappear. She finally gave me the number and told me to make sure to close it soon so I don't get charged for having a balance of zero in my account. So they can't close it out for me right now at the bank but will charge me if I don't do it soon even after they completely fucked shit up. That makes no sense. After all of this I still had no explanation of what happened, the branch manager said she's never seen this happen before. Long story short I will never trust Wells Fargo with my money and you shouldn't either!

My parents needed to speak to a banker to advise them on how to structure bank accounts, and my mom had tons of questions. Seriously, TONS. LolThe banker, Chris, was super nice to both my parents and SUPER PATIENT. I applaud people with that much patience cause I sure as hell don't have that level of patience! Haha

Wells Fargo ALWAYS manages to find ways to be unhelpful and do as little amount of work as possible

I think it's time to switch banks. I've been with Wells Fargo for 20 years, even despite them forcing a short sale on my house one time.. I went in today, with my baby, to exchange some foreign currency, and see if they could reduce my small business checking fees. They exchanged my foreign bills, but not the coins, that's fine. However, when I asked where I could get the coins exchanged the teller supervisor suggested to me that I "plan different trips to go spend them." Because that's what she does, because her husband travels the world, so she can. I found this rather presumptuous and unprofessional. If I could afford a trip to another country, I wouldn't be exchanging in my currency. Also, the best way they could help me with reducing my business checking fee was just to close my business account altogether. I am now seeking the highest sign-up bonuses at other banks :)

Thia location does not process their checks in a timely manner. Phone representatives are RUDE because they don't want to listen to a complaint about their lack of follow through. Above everything, Wells Fargo as a company has made my life difficult for the last 2 checks I've deposited. They have made excuses as to why I am not seeing an available balance that is correct but not once have they addressed the issue as a problem and came up with a solution. They are now claiming the federal reserve has to process all of the checks deposited, leaving me stranded for days at a time without funds to continue. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. Wells Fargo has seen the last of me with their terrible processing of people's livelihoods. Completely fed up.

I love this bank! Everyone is so nice and I am greeted when I walk in. I feel valued as a customer. The location and hours are convenient and the bank is clean and inviting. Everyone is there to offer help.

I had been saving change for quite some time and finally decided to take it in to the bank and deposit all of it. Well first I show up early, waited outside and let everyone go in front of me so I didn't hold anyone up. I eventually get to the teller and ask to deposit all of my change, but she said I'd have to roll it first. Fair enough so she gives me some rollers and I rolled them all then came that afternoon with the coins trying to deposit them again. Well now this teller is saying rolled or not they don't accept change! Now I'm annoyed have to drive to the next Wells Fargo where they tell me "I have never heard of that we all accept coins, we're a bank." So thanks for lying to me because it was close to closing time guys...
