The sign says they are permanently closing the drive up teller window December 1. It's already closed. They let customers just sit in the drive through line, thinking someone will certainly come to help. It's November 7th. How about put a sign up that says CLOSED?They are lazy and don't care. Horrible customer service. Condescending staff. After being a customer for more than 20 years I get the online banking craze. At least you don't have to deal with people like that.

I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. But my employer does, and I regularly stop at this location to make deposits on behalf of my company. Today I came in to make a deposit to my company's account, and to make change because our petty cash had an abundance of coins that we're not going to use. I had already pre-rolled and labeled everything for the teller's convenience. I just wanted to exchange $35 in coins and 1s in-to $35 in 5s. The teller didn't even bother to look in to the bag I had the petty cash in and treated me like I'm some gambling addict by referring me to make the exchange at the NEAREST CASINO. For a business account? Are you crazy? I've been to other locations in town to make exchanges very similar to today's circumstances and the tellers there were always happy to help me, and appreciated that I would roll, sort, and label all the change. All she had to do was ask me if they were rolled, or she could have looked in the bag herself. She would have seen it with her own eyes. If I had the power to convince my employer to change banks, I would. It's absolutely insulting to be treated the way that I was.

Cash withdrawl function is always unavailable... This is the prime Wells Fargo location in town if you want to go to the ATM and have cash withdrawals "temporarily" unavailable on a consistent basis. If you do want cash when you go to the ATM, go to another one and skip this joke of a location.

My husband has attempted to get cash from the ATM's at this location multiple times and they are consistently out of cash. This has been happening for at least the last six months. This can be beyond frustrating. We are longtime Wells Fargo customers with numerous accounts, but the last time he came home after being unable to get cash, he asked me to start researching other options for our banking services.

I repeatedly try to deposit money at this branch because I work nearby. The ATMs are always out of service! In fact, the other day, the ATM took my card and shredded it. I recommend against this branch because it has a different brand of ATMs. The other day I passed by and I saw people repairing them, and they were in regular civilian vehicles. It looked really funky.

We went to this branch my partner and I. She has an account here I do not and bank through another institution. We deposited a large check into her account and had an amazing bank teller inform us that it could be denied but deposited anyways. Our money was available the next day on Friday. Emilie was the one who took care of us and we are very grateful for her assistance and she was very informative about the pros and cons. Thank you Emilie and to Wells Fargo for amazing service and hiring an amazing teller! Alfonzo the bank manager also called my partner to say thanks for putting a review up. Thank ms again

Terrible service.......we had lived in Reno for over 5 years, bought and sold a house with this bank and had a healthy balance in the account, moved back East during Covid and have no access to Wells Fargo branches out here. On a recent business trip back to Reno my husband tried to withdraw some funds.. he was denied his own money though he had all required ID ........no follow up on the pitiful way this was handled either.........beyond disappointed with the customer service level!!!

Omg! Every week I try to use your ATM and it NEVER works. I have to pay fees at other banks ATM's weekly. I have 4 WF accounts. Ridiculous!

My husband and I have had only good, if not great, experiences at the Wells Fargo on South Meadows. ShaRae has provided numerous banking services for us through the purchase of a new home, loss of a parent, vehicle sale and purchase, and LLC start up, just to name of few. She is knowledgable, helpful, and always smiling (or I think she is under her mask). The other members of this location are always friendly and eager to assist. We highly recommend the South Meadows Wells Fargo branch.
