I absolutely had to comment on Raj Patel, one of the Premier Bankers at the Galena Branch. Such a kind professional that ensured a smooth transition for me in several difficult administrative tasks. Gets back to voicemail readily, really listens to your needs and concerns, and provides a very accommodating atmosphere in which to conduct your business. I would heartily recommend Raj for your banking service needs! While all the tellers and staff are supportive, Raj clearly excels in his position.

5 people standing around and only 2 customers being helped and 6 people in line. Very rude and unhelpful. Made things very difficult for our family after my Dad passed. Allowed me to make a deposit one week and then told me it wasn't allowed 2 weeks later.

Wells Fargo froze all of my accounts checking, savings, credit card, and even a joint savings that I opened up for my granddaughter. Apparently I died and didn't know it. They returned 3 of my direct deposits and all all of my automatic bill payments. So far all I've got from them is a 'my bad'. I've spent almost a week trying to straighten this up and have made dozens of calls trying to get my paycheck back. Update.. now going on 2 weeks and still haven't been able to get my direct deposits back and is now starting to affect my credit due to automatic payments being rejected. Not to mention the nightmare this has caused when my HR department thought I was dead Wells Fargo froze all of my accounts checking, savings, credit card, and even a joint savings that I opened up for my granddaughter. Worse bank, you have to make an appointment to do anything with your money. Tellersdon't have access to send wires and "bankers" are always busy, probably signing unsuspecting customers up for phony accounts.

5 stars for Susan Irwin-hua as she has been great to work with throughout the years! She's very knowledgable and will get things taken care of one way or another for you! Susan and her staff are awesome!! 1 star for WFB tying their business bankers hands when it came to the PPP. What a flop when small businesses like our own needed them the most. Luckily enough we were able to withdraw our ppp application from wfb and re-submit through a smaller local bank which lead to approval within 48 hours. Wells Fargo small enough to service but too big to care when it came to PPP. Valuable banking relationship lesson learned here.

I can't give them a zero star but if I could, I would. They are the most old school archaic bank ever. Don't bank with them. Atrocious. Go to Bank of America. They are awesome. App is great. None of the funny old school rules.

I don't keep my mortgage statements and needed to get a printed copy. I went to the teller window and was told to sit and wait for a representative. She (cannot remember her name) greeted me and took me to her office . She looked at me as if I had 2 heads when I requested a copy of the statement. She took my driver's license, looked up my info and told me she would need permission from her supervisor to allow me to have the statement copy. She left and came back with a supervisor and they both kept looking at the computer and said they couldn't give me everything on the screen, so would have to copy and paste the information. I couldn't imagine what was so secretive when I have never been late with a payment, etc. My husband came from the car looking for me because he had become worried from waiting for approximately 25 minutes. I felt as if I was in the twilight zone or being punked. Either way, it was a terrible waste of my time and in the end, I didn't get what I needed in order to take the information to another bank.

unfortunately they do nothing to help protect your account when fraudulent transactions are being made. They just let it happen never questioning it. You have to constantly check your account on a daily basis and even then you can still get screwed. I caught a suspicious transaction early but they still let it go through which was a large amount and now It'll be at least another 2 weeks out before I see my money again just so they could do their investigation before reimbursing my money all because they wouldn't stop the transaction from happening or even question it before it had happened.

The service here is great kind friendly and knowledgeable staff I was in a very interesting fraud situation and Michael was my teller he partnered in with a banker and they solved all my issues and got me situated thank you to both of them! Michael was great he's always great very kind calm and always gets the job done
