Everyone thinks that Whole Foods is so expensive, but if you look for their 365 brand and if you have Amazon Prime, you can get some screaming deals. Plus it just has a nice feel to it. You can go in for lunch, get sushi, or pizza or a burger. You can grab a beer or a glass of wine to sit and sip or take with you shopping. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. I love that their fish and meats are sustainably sourced and they have a huge variety of cheeses. Funny, but things like their garlic bulbs are bigger, fresher and just better than what you find at most other grocery stores. Frozen veggies, also very comparable in price. So, if you haven't been in awhile, I would check it out.

I was looking for a supplement that I had been getting online. Jauna was a great help to me. She is very knowledgeable about these products. She looked up the ingredients of the product that I had been using. She found a couple of supplements that are comparable to what I was taking. Whole Foods was out of the main product but gave me great information on how to get it. Juana is an asset to the Whole Foods organization.

Great store in particular fresh veggies. I wish it were less expensive. Lots of organic vegetables and fruit. Workers always helpful

Hey fish counter bro, the feeling is mutual. You don't like customers asking questions you think are beneath you, and we don't respect you for being a prick.

Used E gift cards and was treated like a criminal or scam artist. No one gave me options or solved the issue, just raised funny eyebrows at me, gave me funny looks or said they don't "do that." Had to talk with manager or shift lead who finally, after much hesitation , cleared my e gift cards. I buy e-gift cards from Raise Right all the time because it donates a percentage to Damonte Ranch Band. If you call and ask the BPO (band parent organization ) they'll even tell you they don't do physical gift cards, only e gift cards because they are instantly sent to buyers, no cost to the band. Whole Foods Lead told me to print gift card next time - BOOOO! WASTING TREES and papers! I called Raise Right to get help with the issue. Raise Right told me most people do screenshots of e gift cards, because it's quick, convenient and easy. They don't have to hold the line up by logging into the app for the official e gift card. They said screenshots flag the machines and require supervisor pin for approval. Most stores don't make a fuss when this happens. They just enter supervisor pin to approve. Raise Right told me that in order to avoid this, just login to my app and pull up the official e gift card. It holds up the line a bit longer but won't flag their system. Shame on Whole Foods though. They could have asked me to login to the app to pull up the official e gift card but instead of doing that or helping solve the issue, just treated me like a scam artist. I've been here since the 80s. To those young weird employees - go back to your big crime city in CA or wherever else, because we don't have that here in Reno. Don't treat WF customers like scam artists because WF isn't where scammers shop!!! Booo!!!

I love shopping at Whole Foods! They have an amazing selection of fresh produce, prepared hot food and salad bars, and all natural beauty products. While the prices for some items seem a bit high, in general it's worth the convenience and quality of the items.

Overpriced, a lot of the produce is NOT fresh, meat is better than average, bakery is just OK. The hot food bar is absolutely gross. Honestly, it looks like prison food. It's OK for some things, so I rarely go here any longer especially in the winter. It's slightly better in the summer. They shut down everything 2 hours before close because the employees are super lazy and have no interest in working. You can certainly find a group of them gossiping and laughing, but not working. As someone in another comment mentioned, go to Raley's. I normally go there but I tried to give Whole Foods another try and I regretted it. I'll shop here for the 2-3 items they have worth buying and go elsewhere for everything else.

Just curious I enjoy the craft beer, wine, and or kombucha bar area in the Reno store however while enjoying a nice selection of food options sushi, pizza, fresh breakfast or lunch, deli sandwich options etc. I typically like to order a craft beer, wine etc. the problem is the previous well lite automated technology signage has been removed and replaced with a feeble illegible chalk board or manual marking drink menu which is barely legible and extremely hard to read for more than a few months. It seems an easy much needed upgrade and or replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you WholeFoods Reno.

Great place for organic and fresh foods. Many items are not found in other stores. Which makes them unique as far as the type and kind of items they sell.

Today Kami made my sandwiches. Last visit Elizabeth made them. Consistency is key and you guys deliver every time! I customized my sandwiches a bit and they were very happy to assist and most importantly they made me feel like family. That being said there is a lot of sandwich competition here in Reno. This is definitely my Top 3. These sandwiches were made with love and care. Excellent job ladies, continue to have fun at work, it truly shows. The sandwiches are a bit more pricey than others you can find in town so if you're not picky on freshness and quality try something cheaper. If you are picky, go to Whole Foods. Excellent quality and worth every penny! I can eat a lot and I could not finish my sandwich. It's a good full, not a bloated full either.

Maybe a bit pricey though a great selection of quality foods.nver a fan of 365 brands being from the East Coast, considering this as a knockoff inferior brand, even when organic. .
