Poor quality workmanship and metals. My five quart pot warped inside and out boiling water, three months after I purchased a $900 set that supposedly had a "lifetime" warranty. The retail store (Summit mall) sent me to corporate, corporate sent me back to the store, and basically there is no warranty, it was a lie. Then: the stainless steel coatings are all disappearing after a year, and I basically had to throw them out as they fall apart. Customer service was downright mocking and evil after the purchase.Get Corning ware and save yourself lots of grief.Shameful business

Terrible customer service. No greeting at all just for me. An older lady employee was chatting with her coworker, so I told her politely that I’m sorry for disturbing, but would you help me to pick up my online order. Then the older lady responded as if she were troublesome, of course no thank you from her after checking out.

I spent over 1,600USD with the promise that I receive the rewards to Williams Sonoma credit card. I did everything. No rewards, no access to the account. No help. Do not recommend rewards program.

Peg, Debra, and Leslie were super helpful with my purchase for my daughter's Birthday Present today. They were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and guided me to the perfect selection. Williams Sonoma is very fortunate to have such a great team of folks that just want to help and guide you.

Always love some fresh new additions to the kitchen! That said William Sonoma is like the Vatican of non custom order kitchen items for every day individuals. The 3 of 5 stars given is for the customer service and etiquette of the store itself. The first time in, I signed up for key rewards and they incorrectly entered my information- when I shared that it wasn't correct I was responded with a "oh, you'll need to reach out to customer service". No let me see what I can do, or whoops I entered it in incorrectly. The staff either seems like retired, social club or ladies that are a bit too uppity. It's the Summit, yes- but bedside manner still matters.

I bought a?set of pots from the posh store at the summit mall in Reno in September. I burnt some herbs in water on my stove three months later and the bottom of the four uart pot buckled inside and out. They wouldn't swap it out under their lifetime warranty, after I was told they would and drove it over there. Now they want me to mail it to "corporate headquarters" since it's longer than 30 days. Now the bottom of my big pot is spotting in the shape of the heating element on my stove from simply boiling water.I still have to drive back again and get the four quart pot. We ordered an item to pick up in store, the confirmation email said it would be ready in two hours. We made the hour drive, grabbed some lunch, and went by. The item was not actually in store, and it took several phone calls and hours to get the item cancelled.We have been happy Williams-Sonoma customers for many years, but the Reno store, and phone customer service, made it clear they don't want to retain our business, in fact they went out of their way to make the process difficult.

Stopped in for a wooden pepper mill and was greeted by friendly staff on an early Thursday morning. Thankfully we did not experience nasty attitudes like some of the other Yelpers did. Maybe we just got lucky?

Terrible customer service, I was ignored by both cashiers as I was trying to buy a Le Creuset frying pan and a set of cooking utensils. Cashiers decided to ring up multiple customers before me, and had the audacity to ask if I am paying for the items. If you want to deal with racist employees this is the store for you.

We went today and had a slightly complicated ordeal, but Deborah handled it with so much grace and kindness. The rest of the staff was all willing to help and so friendly — amazing staff at this location!

In store or online = bad experience with ordersPlaced an order in the store, was promised delivery within a week. When merchandise did not arrive checked online to find out delivery is scheduled for January 2023. That is 5 months away! I appreciate supply chain difficulties but don't tell me items are available when they are not.
