Their clothes are super cute but their customer service is seriously lacking. They seem like they really don't wanna help you and I asked if they would price match their own online prices, and they said no. Not sure if that's actually their policy because Google said they typically do price match, but I'd rather just order online if I can get a $50 jacket for $30 online. Their assistant manager seemed rude and she was dressed in pajamas and wearing slippers which just seems pretty unprofessional. Their fitting room set up is not ideal so it's hard to ask your friend's opinion, and they told me I couldn't bring my friend in the room with me. Overall, the customer service will make sure I just shop online with them instead of bothering to go to the store.

Went in today they were so rude to me and my mom we were looking at dresses the worker basically pushes my mom and says excuse me and the most nastiest way all the workers had the most terrible attitude don’t shop here save your time and go buy somewhere else

DO NOT GO HERE
I shop here all the time and I’ve dropped a ridiculous amount of money at this store, but today was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The girl named Bri working here is absolutely awful rude, nasty, completely inconsiderate, and so unprofessional it’s embarrassing. Honestly, she has no business working with customers. If I were the manager, she’d be out the door immediately.
On top of that, the fitting rooms are a complete joke. People are left standing around forever because no one is doing their job. Instead of actually helping customers like she’s supposed to, Bri is too busy running her mouth and being rude to everyone. Meanwhile, the fitting rooms are backed up and it turns the whole place into a chaotic mess.
This store clearly doesn’t care about who they hire or how they treat paying customers. If this is the kind of trash service they think is acceptable, I’ll happily take my money somewhere else.

I absolutely love the clothes here but the staff are so rude. My mom was helping me try on a prom dress and a worker started banging on the dressing room door, yelling at us because we were both in the dressing room. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Lots of pretty clothes. A tad overpriced compared to their website. Came in looking for homecoming dresses we saw online but didn’t find similar so we ordered off website.

One of my new favorite clothing stores! ? so glad I found them wandering around the mall during my birthday! Got myself a few of their crop tops. I love them! I think some of the items are a tad pricey for what you get - but most seem fairly priced.

I came in here looking for a cocktail dress for an event. I was looking around and grabbing dresses to try on for 15 minutes before I was greeted (while there were no other customers in the store). They have a wide selection, but some of the dresses are the same exact thing in different colors and a handful of the dresses are the same cut. I ended up purchasing a dress. Overall, it was a decent experience and I found what I needed
