They do a fabulous job. I love having the membership and getting frequent hand washes. They always run on time for me too so I know that I get a great wash at my set time and done very fast. Great customer service too- always very nice!

Everything works and is easy but once I went thru the car wash you could easily see where it missed and it missed a lot of spots. Never coming back again plus it's the worst carwash I've ever had.

Wonderful selection and big store. The clerk was super nice and answered all my annoying questions without being rude or acting like I was a nuisance. Very clean and comfortable with several different types of gaming machines all new and modernized. It was seriously one of the nicest gas stations I've ever seen. Huge and the doors opened up automatically to the walk-in.

We were visiting my brother and we needed a car wash near where he lives in South Reno. The young lady who was at the payment kiosk was very nice. I told her I only wanted the $10 wash (The Ugly Express) which she processed for us. A "tip" screen popped up and I wasn't sure what that would be for as the car wash we regularly use doesn't have that so I told her I didn't want to add a tip. She seemed disappointed but finalized the transaction for us. There were two attendants at the entrance and they gave the car a good bug cleaner soaking and brushing. We proceeded through the car wash and everything worked fairly well except the foaming soap did not cover the top of our SUV. I wish they offered a rinse aid with the $10 car wash because there were a lot of water spots left on the car after going through the dryers. The free vacuums and towels are a nice touch.

I called and expressed that I wasn’t happy with the service I was receiving and Justin the manager proceeded to tell me that, I have been through the wash 30 plus times, for a membership that I was paying for, and said that they weren’t washing my wheel wells out. He told me that if I don’t like it that I could go somewhere else. So I will go to a car wash where they don’t let a rude little punk run it! Trash service your car won’t be a 100 percent clean if you get the tire spray. It will leave a black grease all over the side of your car. Don’t call the manager Justin because he is confrontational

Satisfied with the car wash we get. Silver Rouge and a black Nissan car. Use the Damonte Ranch car wash, the Bad unlimited monthly car washes. All very nice there, the gals at the gate always wave.
Getting ready to take both vehicle in to get theFull Detail, great price as a member get 1?2 price can't beat that. Ill let you know how it turns out. By the way their ego at the virgina street location as well.....John
