The hotel was very quiet and there was nothing on the property as far as food offerings except for the 2-3 vending machines on the first floor. However, the staff were mostly very polite and helpful with directions or recommendations for restaurants or casinos.Rooms: Very spacious! My 1 bedroom suite was actually 4 separate rooms (5 if you count the foyer from the front door to the bathroom as a room). It also had everything a studio apartment would have and more. It even had a fireplace!!Nearby activities: Many casinos and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.Food & drinks: Nothing on-site, but many good small restaurants with 10-15 minute walk

Great spot to walk to all the casinos and pubs. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the top floor, so great views. Rooms were large and well equipped with washer dryer dishwasher. Even had a Murphy bed. Great desk area, I did a lot of work while there.Hot tub was hot even with it only 10 out. Nice sauna and a great day area with large TV, pool table and games tables. Highly recommend.

The suite is very family friendly, there is a TV in every room, my kids don't fight about the TV, the room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the staff is welcoming, the car is safe in the underground garage, Internet 24 hours $5 for two devices is acceptable. The only drawback is the hotel under construction opposite, which is not suitable for getting up too late in the morning.

Within walking distance of AMTRAK station; close to the Truckee River Walk; and Discovery Museum; and can't leave out Peg's Ham & Eggs diner for the best breakfast in town. Also, dinner at Wild River Cafe is a must.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our two bedroom unit was. Very clean and roomy. Beds were comfy. Grateful for the DVD player so that we could use our USB Drive. Do wish there were better/more channels on the televisions. Chromecast would be awesome so that quest can stream from their private accounts of Netflix, Prime, etc.. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful in anyway. Super sweet. We stayed 10 days recovering from surgery before flying home. ♡

Within great walking distance from many attractions downtown. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Room in whole was nice but the main bed was a full size bed extremely too small.

We have had a wonderful stay here.The staff was amazing. We enjoyed a week filled with lots of "hellos" and "have a good day." The door was opened for us when we came in out of the cold. There was always a smile on everyone's face. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from our room on the 9th floor was super. I recommend this hotel. It is in the middle and all the hotels and casinos were within walking distance. Thank you Worldmark for a fantastic stay.

From the minute my friend and I (we're Black) checked in, we were welcomed with respect and kindness. I mention race because oftentimes simply being Black in America we're treated badly. Jeff greeted us like we belonged and had a pleasant and fun personality. Simply based on our greeting, I KNEW our stay would be wonderful.We needed to arrive late and leave early and that was not a problem with this property. We received several text communications prior to check in, after check in and when preparing to leave. Carlos called to check in and see if everything was ok in the suite. I really liked that. I feel this personal call early on to see if all was well is a great way to resolve any issues if any were found. All was well. Carlos called back a little later because he thought I'd lost my cell phone by my car. It wasn't my phone and later I learned they found the owner.Although we did not use any amenities outside of the unit due to resting, relaxing, eating, sleeping and doing NOTHING, they were all available to us if we wanted to use them.The suite was BEAUTIFUL! The decor was fabulous! As a person with disabilities often having trouble getting comfortable...every chair I sat on was perfect for me??. This is very rare. And the beds were comfortable too. I needed this comfort, I've been stressed lately.Although our trip was supposed to have 6 people, it was only 2 of us and we enjoyed all of that space. My friend decided to sleep in a twin bed and sleep on the Murphy bed because she likes the natural lighting and wanted to open the window when she got too hot. THANK y'all for the heat. OMG, were from the Bay Area and not used to 30° weather at all but the heating system worked just fine. We washed a few loads of clothes in very nice washing machines and took baths in our two separate bathrooms. We relaxed so much that we never watched TV lol.We're already scheduled to return late December and I can't wait.Thank you to ALL staff!Nikcole (owner since 2021)Rooms: The suite was beautiful and so comfortable. The colors were soft and and warm. The lighting was perfect and all of the light switches were perfect for anytime we moved throughout the unit. This space was big enough for several people to be very comfortable.Noteworthy details: All staff were absolutely friendly, welcoming and professional. They were attentive to any concerns we may have had. This felt good.

I've been an owner since 99. The Reno property is within very short walking distance of the main core of casinos on Virginia Street. The resort itself is an older building, with most of the amenities you would expect. Staff is very cordial and accommodating. I've stayed here 3 times and have never been hounded by the owner update crew.
