I was put on hold and never got back to. When I did finally get a hold of somebody they were very rude and directed me to a website for answers. Problem is the Website doesn't have the answers. Needless to say I rented somewhere else. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Very unprofessional company. Guy belittled me on the phone and then when I handed the phone over to higher power in my company he did the same to him and then blamed us for how we reacted. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DUMP OF A STORAGE UNIT. Not the first time we have been treated poorly by this place hence why I am no longer using them for storage. Find another place it will be worth it to get better customer service.

Terrible customer service. Got belittled on the phone and lied to about my move out date and then charged for the next month. Wasn’t the first time I was disrespected and disappointed at this place. Hence why I am no longer storing my things at this dump of a place. Don’t waste your time find somewhere safer and with nicer staf

This place is absolutely disgusting. The manger is completely uncalled for and doesnt have any customer service. He doesn't care about the clients and all he is worried about is getting money out of the clients.

This place is fantastic! It's always clean. Is centrally located, and feels very secure. The manager, Johnny is amazing and incredibly helpful. We were careful to keep our dust to a minimum and always felt welcome. Highly recommend!

I needed to change my method of payment. I called the main # and VM said, Leave a message we'll call you back. I recd. a text with website info. I tried to sign up but had issues and could not. I went to the office twice and no one was there. This took place over the course of a month. Finally, there was someone in the office. I told him of my predicament, and he called me a liar. He said that could not happen. It did. When I told him I had trouble signing up on the website, he said that was my problem, and he didn't want to hear my drama. And to stop talking. Needless to say, I have never been treated with such disrespect. When I was leaving I said I didn't appreciate being called a liar. I am not. He said "You are a liar". I immediately found another storage unit and moved out. If you have a storage unit, I suggest you don't cross Johnie. His ignorance and lack of common courtesy is unacceptable.

5 starts to Katlyn @Wrondel location! I was looking for a larger unit than my reservation online and she was quick, very friendly and even hooked me up with a promo code! I highly recommend this location this is our second time renting from here. I do wish there was access after 6:00 p.m. though on weekends.

Johnny was so accommodating. We were there very close to closing and he was running trying to get everything taken care of, otherwise we would have had to wait to move until the next day. He was friendly and went the extra mile.

Wrondel Self Storage RENO NV Reviewsreviews MAY 2023 RENO NV CustomerWe rented a unit for 2 years. Very angry and disturbed on how Wrondel Self Storage site manager, Johnny, conducted business. No respect for the customer, terrible response, he did not know how to use office printer for customer receipts. We would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for printer receipts, and he would say do not disturbed him during this period. Company's greed with TWO rate increases. Down the street from Wrondel, same size storage unit is $46.00 per month cheaper. Our unit roll up door was not sealed which cause excessive dirt and insects to enter our stored items. Several times our entrance code would not work. When we called him to open the gate, his response was to wait, which would take 15-20 minutes, and then he would hang up the phone. I recommend go elsewhere for storage and save yourself the pain of renting from Wrondel Reno NV.

I called in with a few questions and the women who answered the phone, I believe her name was Krystin , she was extremely helpful. She showed me all my options, helped me find a unit in my price range but still big enough to fit all my belongings. I’m very pleased with her work. 10/10.

Manager was completely rude from the second I walked in the door. The first things out of my mouth was “hi how are you today?” I got no response and complete silence! I then was told that I must feel entitled to bang on the door and interrupt his break! I knocked on the door one time because there was a sign in the window that said the manager was out on the property and to call the two numbers listed on the sign. The first number I called went straight to voicemail. The second number also took me to a voicemail. That is when I had simply knocked on the door, I did not bang! If you are on a break you would think that it would be better to put a sign in the window that said will return and then the time you would be returning. I then asked for a refund and was told that he did not do those his manager did, so I asked for his managers number. I was provided a phone number that is not a working number. I would like my money back or the contact information to someone who is able to assist me with this.

Nina was never left us standing and waiting even the Sochi was helping another customer she had the common courtesy to also help us at the same time which makes her a magnificent employee for self-storage I would recommend her very high she is quality in what I consider an employee and I've been a manager and been offered myself one of your self storage locations to be the manager of it and I want to let you know she's a keeper thank you for reading my review you all have a blessed and wonderful day sincerely mr. I am confident any current postive reviews of this place are fake (ie: paid for, employees or friends of the manager)! I have a call into the district manager hope he will help me reslove my business here.Best, just to say don't rent here.Online and email reciepts, posted office hours are wrong!Went by at 4:05 email confirmation said open to 6PM, went by at 2:24 PM next day, went by at 1:10 PM next day no one in the office. Left 3 VM's then the next VM I left was a frusted VM but not fulgar/rude - saying that I had been by 3 times and needed to see someone. I got an unbelievably agressive, rude call back and then he hung up on me when I told him I was driving in bad weather with my family in the car so I could not give him an exact time so he could "look upon his camaras", because I would need to look on my phone as I had left all the VM's while outside the building.

Spoke with the assistant manager (I believe Johnny) on Saturday an hour before close about getting a unit. I explained I'd been robbed from a Public Storage a few months prior so I spent about 10 minutes to him ensuring I was comfortable with their camera setup. He had alleviated my concerns and made me feel comfortable renting there. He said however he had no units to rent for walk ins and said to go online to reserve one. So I went home and reserved it, and rather than rushing back in and making him rent it 10 minutes before he closed I decided I'd just wait until Monday to get it resolved after the online reservation.As I went to put my payment information in it was trying to force me to buy renters insurance, but I already have a policy so I didn't want to. Therefore I spent another 10 minutes speaking with a helpful telephone rep who explained I could just leave the reservation unpaid and show my policy in person on Monday. I thought, great an ideal solution. All seemed well, until I went back Monday.I show up around noon to find the same manager working. As I go into move forward with my reservation he abruptly tells me that's not going to happen as they have a new computer system that he has to get working and therefore no reservations can be done until at least 5pm (when they close), therefore I have to come back tomorrow.I then made the comment, well I wish you had mentioned that when we spoke on Saturday (having already spent 10 minutes talking with him personally and 10 minutes on the phone as well). To which he replied, "well I didn't know" (which seems pretty questionable given he's supposedly a manager there...). I was of course annoyed as I've now loaded things into my car twice and waited 3 days to move into a unit at this point, but I tried to show some sympathy by saying "well that's an unfortunate way to come in on a Monday". At which point he said, "ya especially when everyone's being rude about it", "if you don't like it you can take your business elsewhere". I found that extremely unprofessional and completely uncalled for. So at this point, yes I will be taking my business elsewhere and leaving you the review you deserve.
