Our family visited for a passport appointment and Glenn went above and beyond to get us in even after we hit a snag that left us 20 minutes late.
He was exceedingly patient with our kids and with us, and took the time to explain everything we asked about.

Couple of days ago I needed to apply for a new passport and we went there because of a lack of appointments in Las Vegas. The lady who helped me was the nicest person on the planet!!! I can’t express with words how happy I for the opportunity to work with her!!
