Ok well I wasn't coming on here to bash anyone but I don't like owner replies such as the one I got so here it goes. First off I will never rent from you my experience is with family that rents from you its not my choice. The storage unit looks clean look maintained. So why you don't get five stars is the units are built so tight it's hard to get in and out. The only gate in and out is not very wide with the ditch also being very close. The trailer spots are so small that there is no way you would get a large rv in those spots let alone back out the gate with out backing all the way back out. Like I said I wasn't coming here to bash anyone that's why you get an average 3 star rating.

Rented storage here for several years, highly recommend it. Always friendly on the phone and very prompt service to help out with anything needed. Also easy access from highway and the location is always kept clean.

I had all of my home in this storage from 2007 until 2022. Nothing was damaged or stolen in all of that time. They have been professional from the beginning. Everything ran smoothly most of the time. There were a couple of issues with payments not posting however they worked with me to get them straightened out and didn't charge me late fees (the problem was on their side). I moved to Wyoming in 2010 and didn't want to move my things until I had a permanent home. It was because of their professionalism that I decided to leave my things there. If I had to do it over I would do it the same. Thank you Fort Churchill Storage.

I rented a storage unit here for over 3 years. The owners were always friendly and quick to respond when you call. I never had any issues, and I felt at ease knowing that my belongings were safe. The gated property is always clean, and there are security cameras around the perimeter. The prices are fair, and their online payment system is very convenient. I had a very good experience and I highly recommend it.

I started renting storage space in 2005 when my parents died. The experience was trouble-free, which I needed at that time. The sheds were clean, all working parts were well maintained, the facilities were well-lit and monitored. More than a year later I was able to close out that rental. However, circumstances again necessitated renting a total of three spaces at both facilities in 2020. Again, there was exceptional care given to the facilities by the managers, Derek and Alaina. However, this time my experience was not only a repeat of the previous experience but, as a sign of the times, my bank account was hacked, and payment was difficult to make. Derek and Alaina brought me to tears with their kindness and patience as i strived to ameliorate my banking situation and return to normalcy after my financial difficulties. I am not sure losing all my possessions as well as my homes would have been bearable at the time. Thanks to their willingness to work with me my life is back on track. I am still renting spaces under their watchful eyes and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future, but I have been so blessed to have Derek and Alaina in my life through the myriad of issues having to be dealt with throughout. Thank you both for your exceptional care. I believe there are two kinds of workers in this world. Those who consider it a "job", put in their shift and nothing more. And then there are those who consider it a "career"; a time to do their absolute best; provide the most customer service possible and go home at night knowing they gave it their all and will sleep well that night. Obviously Derek and Alaina are the latter kind of workers and I thank God for them. Kat Lui

A great place if you need a storage shed, they only charge $75.00 a month for their large storage sheds and in fernley(whether they are an existing storage facility or a new one)in fernley they charge $175.00 a month for their large 10x20 shed...thats $100.00 more then what they charge in Silver springs...and the storage facility is a nice clean place that has great storage sheds that don't leak and flood, and there isnt any rodents there at all, I've rented from them for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with anything. I highly recommend them if they have one available...they are full most of the time, and the reason is obvious..I give them a 5 out of 5 score because they deserve it. They are a great place to do business with.

I've rented 2 units for quite a while. I haven't had any problems and I know my units are secure. I always feel safe here and I am so glad they now have a port a potty!

I have had my belongings stored here since 2009. I'm impressed with the service (someone is always available). Hopefully someday I'll have a place to put them again. But until then, I'm confident in leaving them where they are. Things that are important to me are in their capable hands and care.
