Asked for a whole pizza. Guy didn't even bother to take his headphones out or saying anything just shook his head. This location has gone downhill I will not be coming here again would rather drive into town

Do not eat the food. I went there this morning. There’s flies everywhere all over the food. I never eat there anyway wouldn’t dare just looking out for everyone else.

On my way to work, i stopped in around 2:15 a.m. to pick up a soda and some mints. The doors were locked and the clerk was sitting on the counter on his phone. I will not be stopping in again.

I bought two packs of cigarettes that were on sale and the total at the register said $18.04. The cashier quoted me $18.04. I gave her $40. She pulled 4 cents out of the extra pennies. I asked for the remainder to be put on gas. I went to put in my gas and she only put $17.98 on my gas pump. I went back. Politely waited in line. I told the same cashier. I don’t think the right amount went on the gas wouldn’t it be $22 and change? She didn’t let me finish my sentence she said hold on hold on let me look. She reprinted the receipt. I started to talk and she said “It was my mistake. It was my mistake. Let me look. Let me look” so I stood there and was quiet for a minute while she reviewed the receipt. She then Simply stated the change was $17.98. That didn’t make sense to me. So I stated didn’t you say the total was $18.04? She interrupted me again. And said “excuse me it was my mistake let me look” again. She continued to review. I said nothing else for a moment as she got upset every time I tried to speak. I waited a minute. I had my Calculator on my phone so I was just going to take $40 and subtract $18.04. Thought it might help. When I had my Calculator out as she was trying to observe the receipts. I then Said “if the total was $18.04 and I gave you $40 and she interrupted me again so I said she was being very rude. I believe she was flustered because she didn’t understand why she quoted me $18.04 or why the register said that because the receipt had a total of $22.04. I just wanted to understand the discrepancy. I wanted to understand why I was getting $17.98 in gas. I was not being rude at all. When I told her that she was being rude and I would appreciate it if she let me talk. She became very upset, she argued that she wasn’t, she kept saying I can tell her manager. All I said was ok. That’s fine. I’ll talk to the manager. She went to the manager and talked to her in the corner for a few minutes. She then stayed in the corner and the manager came over and told me that her employee is not rude and is never rude. I told her I’ve been to her employee many times and she’s never been rude to me before and That she was being rude in this situation. The manager then asked me what I want. I said I can’t believe this is happening right now. I will never come back to the store. She said that’s OK. We’re OK with that. I asked for the cashiers name. And.Gwen The manager refused to give it to me. If I was the owner of the store, I would be extremely upset with the customer service That was provided to me today and The cash handling Situation. If the total was 2204 that would’ve been fine I was just asking for clarification. For it to be acknowledged between both of us, that the total given to me was 1804 and I gave $40 and got 1798 in gas. The math doesn’t add up… And we can’t have a conversation about that? It’s most disappointing and dis hurting me when people are unwilling to listen, and they’re rude due to their own frustration. It’s even more is hurting when the manager won’t even listen to the customer and approaches the customer with the mindset that the customer is already wrong. I used to go to the store every night. Now I will be going to the 1 across the street.

I'm here every morning and I usually have no issues unless the salt n pepper hair manager lady with her hair down to her shoulders is here.. not the skinny older lady or the one with short hair but the manager with hair to her shoulders. She is by far the rudest and most terrible worker they have.. I try to come early so I don't have to deal with her nasty.. I'm reporting to the state about her as well .. I love this 711 but this woman is a burden to the business look at all your reviews it's clear who the problem is.. do something before you have no customers left . Everyone I talk to now goes across the street mainly because of language barrier but I have benghali family and Indian family so I stay true .. do something or lose your business those are your choices unfortunately

!!!!Don't Recommend!!!! The older lady with gray/black hair is terrible. I have never been talked to so poorly. If a customer has to correct your mistake, be humbled and thankful. You don't treat them like trash and speak down to them. She definitely needs to be trained to speak kindly and to treat others with respect. I will never come back here as long as she works there.

Don't even bother going there from about 12am to 3am. The night clerk locks the door randomly between those times for about 45mins just to mop the floor. I have never seen this happen at any other 7-11 in my life. They are not 24/7 and I will never go back.

The older lady with short salt & pepper hair and glasses over charged me, when I asked why so much she didn't say anything just smiled.
The young guy never gives a plastic bag when you ask for it.
I'm completely done with this store. The Chevron across the street has much better customer service.

Cashiers are nice very fast and efficient so there's little-to-no line even when it's busy.
