they like to legally tax food and blame it on their systems instead of fixing it. It is literally illegal to tax food in the state of Nevada. I will be informing the authorities of this because this is happening multiple times now.

I was there last night (Aug. 6 2024) and I found a package of lunch meat that was MOLDY. We took it to the guy at the counter and showed him the mold. We went back to shopping and a few minutes later, we realized he put the moldy meat back on the shelf. Not only did he put it back, but he hid it underneath the other package without mold. This is absolutely disgusting.

Only 4 kid friendly Slurpee flavors and 1 was out of order. Very limited fountain drink selection. Out of napkins and several cups/lid sizes and store was dirty. Clerk didn’t even talk to us when checking us out.

This store is absolutely disgusting! Stopped in real quick to use the restroom. I was handed a screwdriver and told I had to open it with that (Jimmy the lock). The I get inside and 🤢🤮. Absolutely awful. No soap, poop on the toilet seat, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!Gas pumps are broken, so their service is slow and rude and their counters are sticky with pop residue.The arco at 1701 Victorian Ave has gas for 50 cents cheaper and their pumps work, go to this gas station instead.

I love going to this location! It's further from my house than the one on Greenbrae and 4th, but the people at this store are SO MUCH NICER and attentive to their customers! THIS is my Sparks 7-Eleven!

My experience here wasn't as bad as some of the others based on their reviews, but it wasn't what I'd call "exciting" either. We came here later in the evening to get some supplies for our room at a nearby hotel. The hot food options weren't great at that hour of the night, but I wouldn't expect them to be as good as in the morning. Dairy options are limited (I cannot believe they don't sell half & half). Neither were packaged breakfast items, though I expect they don't want to have too many of those competing with your hot food options. Checkout was fine, fast, and the man behind the counter was pleasant and friendly.
