The store is fairly clean but the employees very often charge higher than what items cost and make rude or inappropriate comments like saying “this one’s on the house babygirl” to a high school freshman.

This bald headed guy who works here rips people off!!! I was I there earlier grabbing 2 cigarettes, medium coke slush and a bag of their chips and the total was $26.88 and then my father went in a few hours later and got the exact same thing minus the chips and he was charged $30.88. I went in to the store and the guy had told I needed to contact corporate and my bank and dispute the charge whcih I will definitely be doing for my dad who is elderly. These guys like to take advantage of older people and think people wont notice.

The one star is for a clean store. Other than that, the staff is rude and unhelpful. They act as though the customers are an inconvenience. Don't ask a question because they have no time for that. Truly the worst 7-11 I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

The air pump is inaccurate and overfilled my tires. I used my own gauge to manage the situation. I don’t mind the cost of air, but the machine not working properly is pretty annoying.

so the men’s room is covered in graffiti, with no stall for the one toilet (not the urinals). the guy at checkout charged my boyfriend extra for his beer. The one good thing is that they have cool snacks.

The dude who runs this location is super rude. Go down the street and give your business to someone else. I’ve heard the same thing from friends and family, the guy has no manners and a giant ego for some reason. Checking out at the register is always uncomfortable no matter what. I’ll go somewhere else from now on ?❌

I wanted to leave a review about the god-awful customer service I received here, but it looks like I’m late to the party and the whole entire city of Sparks knows these people are terrible to their customers. I asked for change for a $10 bill, and the clerk started beating on his chest with his hand, and imitating somebody with special needs, And was utterly bothered by my presence for wanting to buy something. I sincerely apologize for wanting to spend money in this establishment and I promise I won’t do it again.

Worst customer serviceDon't get ice cream from there. It's been literally thawed and refrozen. I don't even know how many times and they stick the stuff. That's old to the front, so you're literally eating ice crystals. And they want $5 for an itty bitty ice cream. It's not worth it, they need to take care of their customers and refab that entire store.They never take accountability when you try to take the stuff back. That's old or stale or has been opened... yet we hqve spent lots of money at that store for the quote un quote convenience of it.Not worth it, Maverick has fresh everything, and the prices are cheaper.

Every time I come in here, whoever is behind the counter acts like shoppers are bothering them. That's if they even pause the conversation they're having on the phone long enough to acknowledge someone trying to buy something. I came by this a.m. to grab a few items, and notices literally ALL the gummy candy pegs have a hang tag that said 2/$4.50. Not 1, not 2, like 20 tags. Even more at the register. So I grabbed 2. They rang up at full price. The cashier refused to honor the posted sale price saying they're expired. ALL OF THEM?!?! Then take them down, or honor the price! Leaving them up and demanding the customer is wrong is FLAT OUT FALSE ADVERTISING. This location is THE WORST. I'll spend anywhere but here from now on.
