I wanted to leave a review about the god-awful customer service I received here, but it looks like I’m late to the party and the whole entire city of Sparks knows these people are terrible to their customers. I asked for change for a $10 bill, and the clerk started beating on his chest with his hand, and imitating somebody with special needs, And was utterly bothered by my presence for wanting to buy something. I sincerely apologize for wanting to spend money in this establishment and I promise I won’t do it again.

Worst customer serviceDon't get ice cream from there. It's been literally thawed and refrozen. I don't even know how many times and they stick the stuff. That's old to the front, so you're literally eating ice crystals. And they want $5 for an itty bitty ice cream. It's not worth it, they need to take care of their customers and refab that entire store.They never take accountability when you try to take the stuff back. That's old or stale or has been opened... yet we hqve spent lots of money at that store for the quote un quote convenience of it.Not worth it, Maverick has fresh everything, and the prices are cheaper.

Every time I come in here, whoever is behind the counter acts like shoppers are bothering them. That's if they even pause the conversation they're having on the phone long enough to acknowledge someone trying to buy something. I came by this a.m. to grab a few items, and notices literally ALL the gummy candy pegs have a hang tag that said 2/$4.50. Not 1, not 2, like 20 tags. Even more at the register. So I grabbed 2. They rang up at full price. The cashier refused to honor the posted sale price saying they're expired. ALL OF THEM?!?! Then take them down, or honor the price! Leaving them up and demanding the customer is wrong is FLAT OUT FALSE ADVERTISING. This location is THE WORST. I'll spend anywhere but here from now on.

I wish I was able to leave a 0 star review. I have never experienced such rudeness by someone working in the customer service industry in any form. I should have gotten his name but the bigger man working up front is awful. Get gas or your convenience store items literally anywhere else.

I rarely feel the need to leave a review like this, but I have to agree with most of the reviews here. The person working there provided some of the rudest customer service that I have ever experienced in this town. He was very short, cut me off when I was speaking and rushed me. He treated me like I was dumb and I was literally just trying to spend a grip to fill up my car. Also they have shorted my son and brother change on several occasions. Too many times to be an accident. The fact that they have no problem ripping off innocent kids is despicable. I will never go here again and I warn others to be careful as well.

The bald fat Indian man cashier with giant eyes is the biggest douchebag to the men in my life. I didn't understand their stories at first. He was never "rude" to me but I definitely wouldn't say he was friendly. Until I go there with one of them (who btw is the nicest man in the world who constantly deals with chronic pain conditions and grief from dead family members) and this bald fat ahole won't even give him the price for an item. Cashier: "I don't know man read the sign" My friend asks again nicely, cashier: "just read the sign!" HE HAS POOR EYESIGHT YOU FAT IDIOT. I don't know what makes him feel so inadequate that he feels the need to be mean to someone so nice, but I don't care. He should be fired and shamed for his repeated behavior. After we left my friend told me that wasn't even his worst experience.

stopped for gas two weeks ago. it was gross-trash was everywhere around the pumps, overflowing from the trash containers, blowing off site, etc. should not be open if they can not manage this.

Nasty fat bearded man who looked like he hadn't bathed in a month took about 20 mins to ring me up. This 7-11 is the worst. I asked him what was taking so long and he just sat there on the phone. Everytime I go to this location the worker gives me an attitude. It's just not worth going anymore.

If I could give -1 star I would. The middle Eastern man everyone here said is rude, is beyond rude. I'm sorry but this company needs to understand that this is a costumer service oriented job. Get this guy out and get ur business back because the maverick only one red light up the street is getting more customers because of this guy. Multiple awful encounters with him by so many people.
