I wish I could give lower than a one star. First they said the drop of window was 6 hours. Then I made an appointment to pick it. They knew about the appointment and didi not get the delivery ready. I scheduled 2 days work around their appointment. This company just cost me well over a $1000 because being inept.

Just had the best experience with driver Jay Schardt. Not only was he on time to the second, he called to let me know he was here. He then offered straps to use to help tie down a few loose pieces. Above and beyond my expectations. Give this man a raise !

Will not work with this freight company again. They called me to set up a 9-5 delivery window. I made myself available the entire day, then got a phone call at 10:30 (during the window)that they don’t even have my item yet and need to reschedule. I tried to reschedule for 10 days later as I will be out of town, and was told I would be charged storage fees. I will not be paying storage fees because they scheduled a delivery they couldn’t fulfill. This is the second time I have used ABF freight, the last time I watched their delivery person shove a paddleboard board box out of the back of the truck, let it nose dive into the concrete hard enough to damage the carbon fiber paddle pole in two places. ABF-the customer service email you listed below isn’t a valid email address so I cannot forward anything. Update-I contacted ABF to reschedule the delivery after getting confirmation they finally had the board, and they told me they had already shipped it back to Bote (and didn’t bother to let me know until I tried to set up the delivery appointment)

These people are super. I came to unload. Unfortunately, the cargo on my trailer was meant to go to another company. They give me directions to another location close by. The address on my paperwork was for their location, but that product I was hauling was being handled by a different branch. All turned out fine!
