Just left sparks outlet. Went to try on some clothes and was told I had to leave my purse outside the dressing room or at the front desk. Needless to say I left the store without trying anything. No sign on the dressing room addressing this issue. Lost my business.

Pretty big location with tons of shoes and workout gear. Some great deals on older models and a few current ones too. Not everything felt like a true outlet price, but still saved money. Easy to try on stuff, staff was chill and helpful.

It's fairly small for an Adidas outlet but they have the basics and the prices are great. A lot cleaner and more organized than the California outlets.

Great place for shoes and gear, I always find some great deals here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you like Adidas this outlet is a must.

I was hoping to go shop and buy adidas products here but was surprised as I didn’t find anything that was good. Not sure if I just came in at a bad time but I just couldn’t find any sneakers, shorts or shirts that I wanted to buy.

This store has amazing deals on wacky designs. Shoes are great quality Addidas products. It's very nice that an employee at entrance greets you to share information as you walk in. The back wall is very disorganized and cluttered. It takes quite a while to find anything. We have never been offered assistance after the initial interaction with employee at entrance. Lines go quick when busy.

TLDR: If you plan to return or exchange an item here, make sure it is in the exact condition it is when you bought it or you are SOL.
I recently (Wed 6/19) bought a pair of the Ultraboost Light ($120 shoes) as my new walking shoes. I have worn them a few days since purchasing them, but can only wear them for an hour before my toes begin to go numb. After doing some research I came to the conclusion that I should've sized up by half a size. Originally when I tried them on in the store they fit nicely and were comfortable to walk around in, but it's only after I have worn them for a bit of time my toes go numb.
Today (6/23, 5 days later), I went in to see if I could exchange the pair for a half size up. I accidentally left the receipt at home, but reading the exchange policy on the front register it said that it could be possible with a valid ID. The associate called the manager up to double check the policy. When the manager arrived she looked at the shoes and asked me if I had run outside wearing them. I told her no and that I had only worn them on my treadmill and explained that they make my toes go numb and requesting a half size up. After inspecting the shoes she told me she would not accept an exchange because the shoes had been worn and the inside printing had faded. She told me to reach out to customer support if I had any other questions.
So because I tried to wear the shoes and found out that they did not fit there is nothing they will do for me. As mentioned I was only able to wear them for about an hour each day so in total I may have worn them for a total of 5 hours of walking. I contacted customer support and unfortunately since I bought them in store I can only return or exchange them from the store I bought them from.
I plan to call or go in person with the receipt tomorrow in hopes of speaking with another manager, because I find this a bit ridiculous. I have had the shoes for less than 7 days, but because they are not in pristine out of the box condition I am not able to exchange for the size I need.
I will update the review with the response that I get.

Store is located at the Legends Outlets in Sparks, Nevada. It's convenient location off Hwy 95. There are lots of parking. Handicap parking and handicap access are available. It's a very nice pleasant outdoor shopping center. Adidas is located near the tower. The interior is clean, neat and organized. Most of the items were 50% off. Shoes, apparel snd accessories were available for all ages. Customer service was goof.
