Needed a very specific headlamp, took them 3 minutes on the phone to figure it was in stock, by the time i arrived they had already taken it off the old vehicle and gave it to me clean, new looking and for a reasonable price and they were friendly, professional and quick!!

I was having a very stressful day not long ago and needed to take care of my Subaru. I was referred to Airport Auto Wreckers by a close friend and when I arrived, Ryan was absolutely friendly and accommodating. His knowledge and customer service made me feel like I was valued and will now continue to frequent this spot and deal with Ryan, personally. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with a Subaru that needs worked on to not only visit Airport Auto Wreckers, but ask for Ryan. I will be sending all my family and friends whenever they need help.

WOW UNBELIEVABLE! I ordered an engine computer from them 10 days ago and was told it was on the shelf ready to be shipped. I emailed in the credit card authorization form never heard anything back followed up 4 days later still never heard anything back. I called them 2 days after that and was told the part still hadn't been shipped. I was understandably frustrated that 7 days later the part still had not been shipped. I was told the part was ready to be shipped I asked for them to send me the tracking number. 3 days later still no tracking number I call again and am told .... you guessed it! It still hadn't been shipped unprofessional is an understatement incompetent was certainly far more accurate on my experience.
