I asked the staff at the CU for a license plate number of a vehicle behind me for a police report in Sparks Nevada. I was denied even asking if they could call the officer and provide just that for the investigation to continue. Since it isn’t criminal, no subpoena can be issued for the info. I didn’t ask for the video, but rather a license plate number. Horrible service from their staff. I will never bank here.

The front lady is overly arrogant and rude. We were trying to open a CD and they said we gotta do a hard credit pull and this would ruin our credit due to the fact we had just got a tractor, which that alone did a hard pull. But besides that they said they need us to make an account and we don't want that we just want a CD. Overall they are arrogant and think they own the world, they even laughed at us when we walked out like we're nobody's.

I went to use their ATM. I needed to take money out a pay card and put it into a bank account to get a certified check to move into a a apartment the same day. Their ATM are my card and they said they can't retrieve it cause a outside company handles the ATM. I warned them I'm documenting all this cause if I can't get my funds cause their ATM stole my card then I'ma still remain homeless even though I work full time 12hr shifts do everything I'm supposed to this bank thinks it's ok to have their ATM steal you card and them tell you they can't give it back. This is theft, and it has hindered me from moving into a apartment I am now still homeless with thousands of dollars work a full time job cause this banks ATM stole my card. I will take legal action do not come here ever they didn't care about my situation at all. This is unacceptable. Never go to this bank they don't care about you just your money. Those bankers working this day should ask themselves after explaining myself and the situation they should ask what would Jesus do? When you pass you can't tell the creator when they ask it's cause they told me to do so remember that y'all made my life more difficult. You failed as human beings.

America First Credit Union wrote my auto loan via my favorite auto dealer Bill Pearce at a very competitive and reasonable rate when my soon to be ex-credit union would not. Bonus round.. these guys also set me up with a VISA, it has a modest credit limit but I am diligent about payments and timeliness so I expect that'll increase over time.Once upon a time I had a credit score in the high 800's that's until I became disabled, lost everything, bankrupt and more. Having worked hard, saved, invested, amassed significant assets then boom out of nowhere my life was turned upside down and crashing at the very bottom yet lucky to be alive it's difficult to climb back out of such circumstances, many people do not. I'm not like many people and I sincerely appreciate America First for taking a chance on me and supporting me in building my life back!For that I'm eternally grateful and I'm looking forward to building and growing our relationship!I made my first visit to the lovely Sparks branch and was met by Bailey whose welcoming charm and personality assisted me while I made my initial deposit and 1st. car payment, she's on top of her game!Thanx America First!

First let me state that the employees I interacted with were pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff at the call center are inefficient and sadly lack training.Management should also take a refresher course in customer service.

Was coming from Utah to buy a car. Had a few hiccups throughout the buying process with the seller but Bailey was able to help us out and ensure everything was right in the end. Great customer service!

I became a client once I received a car loan through America First Credit Union. The Sparks branch has a very inviting vibe to it - it is clean and well lit. The service from the staff is top notch. Chris and Bailey are awesome! While I am in the process of getting my loan paid off, I opened a checking account with them. They will continue to have me as a client for the long haul.Thank you Chris and Bailey! You guys rock!

I would avoid this credit union. Insurance issued me a check for reimbursement on repairs done to my vehicle and now they are holding my money until I show proof of such repairs when really they should have no business on how or when I repaired my vehicle.

Terrible bank. Don't ever do business with them, all they will do is make false promises and rip you off in the end, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
