Jeshua helped me with my business account that I was unable to handle when calling customer service several times. He stepped up and helped me get through to the right person when he didn’t necessarily have to take the time, as they aren’t able to handle the tasks in store. He was calm, attentive, and very helpful to get the situation handled with their customer service line.

3/13/25
It’s now March and I’m still dealing with these issues created by Rep at this retail store - an unauthorised added line and then unauthorised fees.
Even tho the Rep showed us a print out of our upgraded two phone lines we did not see the additional unauthorised charges until our Feb bill.
Called in to get unauthorised line cancelled and charges credited but Rep stated it takes one billing cycle. No credit applied so calling back AGAIN !
Heed warning - two months later and STILL dealing with it. I DO NOT recommend this store ! Also my iCloud did not sync properly so I get continuous pop ups and would have to delete my iCloud to sync my phone but would lose what’s on iCloud now.

Sadly I have to change my review from 1/22/25 from a 5 star to a 2 star.
When we left the store after 3 hours message states sync complete. However, when I got home that night I noticed my iCloud stated iCloud sync not complete. So I attempted to resume sync and states due to incomplete end-to-end iCloud sync I was instructed I would have to delete data in my current iCloud since not sync properly; probably losing all of what is in my iCloud. I went back to the location and was told since my old phone was already cleared out I would have to go to Apple. Since this location was another 30mins from this store I decided to call Apple since this authorized ATT retailer cannot assist besides reviewing my iCloud separately. Apple stated since I am not being able to sync or I could delete and run the risk of losing all of my current iCloud which to me wasn’t an option.
Additional I just received my new bill and an additional line was added to my account costly me another $117.60 ? which is not my families line and should not have been added to my account.
Now I am wasting my time AGAIN having to call AT&T when this should have not even been on my account to begin with.
In total I have since wasted 5 additional hours of drive time to Legends (40mins one way), calling Apple (almost an hour), calling ATT regarding sync issue (almost another hour) then again having to call ATT again (20mins) for billing issue then CS and Loyalty had to call me back (total over an hour) What a waste of MY time !
I do NOT recommend and will not return to this location. I now understand why they had low scores before.
BUYERS BEWARE if you should go to this store.
Ensure your upgraded or new phones sync properly and double check your billing !
1/22/25 - 5 stars - I finally decided to upgrade my iPhone after all this time. No ATT where I live so this was convenient store for me.
Xander was pleasant and helpful. He assisted in putting on our screen protectors and camera lens protectors.
He even noticed we had an old plan and changed over our plan which he said was better.
Appreciated Xander assistance - fast and friendly - stop by and check them out ! Thank you we are happy with our new Apple 16 Pro Max

Jeshua was extremely knowledgeable and presented himself well. He was super helpful and made the process easy and quick. Answered all my question's while working on getting my new line added to the account.
Matt the manager was there too and he was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful . It was a super friendly environment, I will be back to see them for my next phone upgrades and questions.
